    never heard of lockers, sorry.
You may walk and you may run
You leave your footprints all around the sun
And every time the storm and the soul wars come
    You just keep on walking

    Hi Violetta
There are loads of hotels nearby, and last time we went they were building loads more hotels and apartments at Val d'Europe. One time we stayed at the Suite Inn about 15 minutes away which had a kitchenette in it that was pretty good for a couple of nights. Its always worth checking out DLP hotels as they include the passes which are pricey. We have stayed 2 nights at Cheyenne with 3 days in park and it cost the same as off park, then stay somewhere else for the rest of your holidays.
    4 yo will love it!
Driving around there is no problem, although signage to DLP is very poor if not on the motorway.

Can't help with flights I'm afraid we always drive.
Thanks Brummig, that sounds like a good idea we could maybe have a 10 day holiday, spend 1st few day's at DLP & maybe get a cottage for a week somewhere for the rest of the holiday, if anyone can recommend anywhere I'd be grateful.
I haven't told my daughter that we might go & she was sound asleep when my hubby & I discussed it so she has no idea-- last night after we put her to bed we heard her crying, sounded truly heartbroken, when I asked her what was wrong, she sobbed "I want to go to disneyland" !!!
    Booo!!!

There are lockers but due to the security they are now locked. The only way to store things when you are in the park is to pay 3 euros and put it into the left luggage just outside the park. If you need anything you have to pay again if you want to put it back. It put paid to us using flasks last week, as they were too heavy to carry round all day . Drinks are expensive, if you think of a pint of beer costing 6.95 you get the idea everything else is pro rata. We used the Mc D one night , the queue was dreadful, but they do try to serve you as fast as they can but it was still a 15 min wait, and you had to sit outside in the cold to eat as it was so packed a lot of people were taking their orders back to their hotels to eat. The park s were empty on Thurs and Fri but quite full this weekend. was still great fun. the girls loved it.
  • just got quotes for re-arrainging the 3night trip for later in the year.....
Disneyland Hotel is coming in at literally TWICE the price I have paid for Feb trip ! (for 2nd week of Easter OR October Half-term)

Looks like it will be Newport Bay after all as the family originally think it is !

    Double-Gutted!!

managed to re-book into Disneyland Hotel, by going in June, out of School holiday season.

squared it with both kids schools, and they agreed we could all do with it, so no probs there!!

still cost me a bit more than i had paid for what was meant to be our trip next week, but thought if I book a different Hotel, I would just be even more gutted everytime I walk past the Disneyland Hotel to enter the Park !! :(

Daughter still in hosp, and will be for some time, so right now she deserves everything i can give her :)

just a thought if anyone has a barclaycard then when you login online go to rewards you can get 8% off any holiday with thomas cook which of course includes disneyland. but works out cheaper to buy travel seperate from the holiday and 8% beats any cashback site too

Glad to hear you have managed to get it rebooked. Do Mrs and Mini's know its for the Disneyland Hotel?

Hope DS is comfortable in hosp and wish her a speedy recovery. Keep us updated please. Best wishes.
