£100 + a day just for souvenirs and snacks
How??? What are you buying???
well for s start a counter meal is about £10 per adult, £6 per child. thats £26 for 1 meal then there is a evening meal, drinks, snacks. even if you have another burger type meal for evening meal thats still £52 which I doubt you would want, surely youd want a proper evening meal which will of course be more expensive. about £15 for snack as drinks are about £2-£3 each. that leaves some money for souvenirs
most other people ive spoken to recommend to take £100 a day which I did and found it enoughWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0 -

I am looking for the same information too. Travel to CDG by easyJet and not sure how convenient from the terminal to the train station and eventually arrive the hotel. We will travel with two small children.0 -
Hi everyone,
We are going to euro disney in 2 weeks time and taking our grandchildren for 4 days/ 3 nghts. I have read on this thread that the meals are very expensive in the park, we are staying in self catering accommodation so the breakfast and evening meals are not a problem, but can we take packed lunches with us?
We were in disney a couple of years ago, and I thought that this wasn't allowed, but I may be wrong. Perhaps some of you kind folks could put me straight on this.

Hi, the VDG train is very quick but not cheap, one stop to Val d'Europe, one more to Disneyland. We booked tickets on http://www.tgv.co.uk/, cost about £34 pounds each, children under 4 free. The station is within the airport, but depending on your terminal, about 15 mins walk if I remember correctly. At the other end your come straight out infront of the park, and can leave bags there if needed. Have a great trip.Jan 2013 GC 0/250

We found that you could take packed lunches in if not arriving with huge big picnic baskets, bags are checked but staff were not bothered about sandwiches etc. Hope that helps.Jan 2013 GC 0/250

Thanks Penry,
It helps the budget to take packed lunches, more to spend on the kids when we get there.:j

Yeah, why not get the kiddies to each have a little bag and take a sandwich, a snack and a drink each - that way you won't have to carry in a big bag of food and risk them saying something? We took snacks in last time but we did eat dinner in the park places, just as we had bought meal vouchers beforehand. We learnt from the first time we went and only took £100 a day spending, it wasn't enough to really eat and have fun and we was watching every penny which wasn't nice. Outfits are expensive, and the kids nearly always want one to run around in as nearly every child is dressed up as a character in the park, so i'd advise either buy one before hand or take extra to buy them ONE each out there.Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0
