We're going out to Disney on 2nd November for 3 nights 4 days, having booked through Thomas Cook. We're going on the Disney Express, taking our 5 yr old and 3 yr old.
We've taken up the half-board option, having realised that if we didn't food was going to be expensive.
My wife is now wondering how much spending money we should take. She's googled and found responses saying all sorts, from £100 per day to £1000 per day.
We have put aside £300 to cover the time and am hoping this is enough, bearing in mind we will probably turn the hotel breakfast into a packed lunch....
    Advice?

Is it your first time there?

We've just come back(Saturday) from 5nights stay, 2 adults, 1 15 year old and a 10 year old. We didn't do half board. We took £500 changed into euros, and spent it all, plus £150 on my CC. I'd say around £400-£500 would be about right.
  • Hi,
We are flying into Paris, what is the best & simplist way to get to Disneyland. Train, coach, taxi??
Does anyone know how much it costs on the TGV? Is it cheaper to book before hand online?
I presume the RER train is cheapest but you have to travel to Paris first. Has anyone been this way? Is it easy??
    Thanks!

  • Hi

My hubby and I with our 2 kids are off to Disney next month. We're staying at la croix du vieux pont with thomson alfresco for 7 nights and are planning to make a day trip to Disney.

I am looking for cheap entrance tickets for disney, but can't seem to find any deals on them anywhere. I'm only looking for 1 day passes, nothing major...but there doesn't seem to be any special offers out there.

    Anyone found anything different?
  • im hoping to book a 4 night stay at sante fe the end of may 2010, does any1 know when you can actually book as nowhere seems to let you yet?
  • Has anyone stayed at the Paxton Spa Hotel, I was wondering if they did a shuttle bus to and from disney?
  • Hi

we ahve just booked 4 nights for next march satying at santa fe.

I am so confused by the free emal vouchers - when do you actually get the vouchers - are they with your tickets?? and do we need to pre-book meals at restauarnts. i have been looking at cafe mickey - do people recommend this?

also we fancied a day in paris - what's the best way to get there?

Any other tips would be appreciated!!
