Sorry if this is the wrong place, but looking for some advice on buying tickets via a third party.
I bought a package deal (Eurostar, DLP tickets and Hotel stay with HB) directly through Simply Travel Direct and the paperwork arrived but we only received the Eurostar tickets.
There was a piece of printed paper that said we'd collect our park tickets when we booked in at the hotel, is this correct it didn't feel right but I wanted to double check if anyone else knew this was normal before phoning the company and making myself possibly look like an idiot
Thanks in advance.0 -
Hi, I just booked a disneyland £470 with 4 day hoppers for 4 days in park at the Santa Fe hotel with company called disneylink and I only paid £380 for flights ad £13 travel insurance ad £10 car park for 4 days in march for 2 adults ad 3 Children but I want to take kids into paris for the Eiffel Tower ad museums which for adults it's expensive £15 each for louvre! Does anybody know a cheaper way round this! Kids are free to go to any museum0

We are hoping to go to DLP in July, 2 adults and 1 child (8). I have been looking at prices at onsite and offsite hotels. Can anyone give me some advice on the Dream Castle and Magic Circus they are both the same price so would just like peoples opinions. Or is being onsite better? I have looked at Cheyenne and Santa Fe again they are both the same price. Any help appreciated, thanks.0

I've not used the company you mention, but this is also what happens if you book with various hotel booking websites and also direct with DLP. You just show your booking confirmation when you check in and they give you all the necessary tickets then."Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller

We haven't visited The Louvre, but based on our experience of central Paris attractions, it doesn't seem too extortionate. We usually go on a sightseeing boat trip along the Seine, which is a similar price.
Sorry it's not what you want to hear"Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller

yes, thats normal if you have booked an onsite hotel at DLP - you take your booking confirmation to the hotel, and they will check you in, give you your room key, park tickets, and HB vouchers.0 -

the Magic Circus and Dream Castle hotels have pools, the Cheyenne and Santa Fe don't
The Cheyenne and Santa Fe hotels give you access to Extra Magic Hours, the Magic Circus and Dream Castle don't (I'm assuming you are looking at hotel/park tickets packages?).
If you prefer the Magic Circus and Dream Castle option, but want Extra Magic Hours too, consider booking your hotel separately (and not through Disney) then getting annual passes (fantasy or Dream, depending on blockout dates) for park tickets, as these give you Extra Magic Hours access no matter where you stay (as well as discounts on food, souvenirs etc at the resort).0 -
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me? I was looking to take my 3 children (17,16,5) in the October half term and stay in an offsite hotel, however it seems that particular week is the French school holidays ( week beg 19th oct) and as such is very busy. Does anyone have any experience of going to DLP during one of the uk school holidays and if so which in their opinion is the best time to go. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks0

in order of low crowd levels, it tends to go like this -
May half term
Feb half term
Easter holidays (especially before Easter weekend itself)
Summer holidays (especially towards the end of August/start of September)
October half term
Christmas holidays0 -
Hi,
I'm all booked for Santa Fe later this year but reading up on trip advisor and am feeling put off because of the busy breakfast time with young children.
I booked through Disney with a deposit. Am I able to change hotels do you know? (Sequia Lodge; I stayed here as a child and loved it) the 2 night 2 day offer is still the same as when I previously booked too.
Thank you!0
