I wouldn't ask but if you are needing them anyway we can help each other. As an aside if anyone is in Disneyland Paris this weekend and needs a 20% discount on merchandise let me know
Stressed mummy, we go in 2 weeks and getting passes so would be interested? Could you pm me details please0 -
I understand the Santa Fe has different blocks and a main building where dining facilities are located. Is there any way to ensure where your room is located when booking? With a 3-year-old in tow in colder weather, I'd rather not have to worry about keeping her warn for meals.
TIA
when you book online, you can click 'select a different room type' and select 'Room with 2 double beds located near hotel facilities' which costs £40.
i found this out when i enquired about a room close to reception, restaurant etc
HTH?**Waiting for a BIG win!**
Thank you all posters!

I am reading backwards from the ast page and came across this DixieP reference to a free afternoon snack. This was at the Sequoia. Is this standard for all bookings?
TIA
There is a 2nd tier level of room - the name of which escapes me - and this gives you a separate breakfast area and afternoon snack and coffees.0 -
Haven't been to DLP for 2 years, we go in February - finally get the stay in 'the big pink one'. Has anything changed much?
Hoping this thread brings back some excitement..... not feeling it at the moment. Did another Florida trip last year and have to admit felt deflated when we was there and felt it is losing it's sparkle for us. However, DLP has rides Florida does not so we are going back again. Possibly for the last time as we fell in love with cruising and that is all I can think about.0 -

Disney cruising????
Yes, we went on the Disney Fantasy last October.
I was not overwhelmed with Disney to be honest and it certainly would not tie me to the brand like it has with some people. I will not bore you with that tho. I have a long list, LOL.
But just cruising in general, waking up to somewhere new, sitting with a coffee as the sun comes up and watching a new country appear over the horizon, just the whole cruising lifestyle.
We want to sail with Royal Caribbean next time, we want to go to Alaska or the Caribbean. Hard to fit a US trip in with the kids schooling at the moment as I have one Y6 and one Y7 when they go back and it's not going to be the right time to take them out. European cruising doesn't appeal to me at all really.
We travelled with a company called Autism on the Seas and they gave us respite for my son in the evenings and during the day so we could have some time with my daughter. They made it totally amazing!! We want to sail with them again.0 -

The dining room isn't that far from the room blocks, no more than 5 minutes walk. It's not something to worry about really.0 -
I'm off to DLP this weekend :T. I booked via the French site of Voyage Prive and as such have a hotel voucher in French. My French is limited but it all seems to be in order from what I can tell. This is the first time I have booked via a non UK website so I am a little more nervous than I would normally be.
I'd like to request a quiet room, but wondered if anyone could tell me if this is worth requesting in advance, and as such, would they have details of our reservation by now?
Also, I haven two picky eaters. I was thinking that a buffet meal in the evening would be the best bet They like italian food. Is there a restaurant that someone can recommend?
Anyone else going this weekend?0 -
Hi - Would you say the meal plan isnt worth it? We got the 2day 2night free so am now looking at what to do for meals.....Whoever said money can't buy happiness simply didn't know where to go shopping !!0
