Hi there, planning a quick trip to DLP on the 20th July.

Trying to find the best place to purchase tickets for 2 adults and one 16 year old (which I'm assuming is an adult also).

I'm planning to drive over on the Saturday and stay and get up early and hit it hard and come home Monday.

Any ticket tips would be appreciated.

    Thanks

there are 70 euros tickets (you are all classed as adults, and its high season price period i'm afraid) on ticketnet.fr, or £52 each on travelrepublic. Have you found anything cheaper?

unfortunately it will be busy - its all French school holidays at the same time, although it will be even busier the following week. Weekends are also a lot busier than midweek days, regardless of what time of year you visit. You'll have to plan well to make the most out of DLP for your proposed dates.

the current onsite DLP offer won't be any good to you, as thats for a minimum of 4 nights. So you'll need to wait for another offer, or have a look at the French version of the site (they may have a different offer which may suit) or consider staying offsite with annual passes for park access. You'd need Dream APs (the most expensive ones at 209 euros each) as there are blackout dates on the cheaper passes for your dates.
You'd be looking at paying around £60 per room per night offsite but nearby for your hotel and breakfast, and I usually fly from Luton to Paris CDG with Easyjet (I live in Notts but the flights are better from Luton). Or you could drive it and take the Eurotunnel. Or take the train down to London/drive to Ebbsfleet and take the Eurostar.

Many thanks for your reply . I have been before in feb and I loved it as park was quiet.i think I might want to leave it for feb then as I think it's much better value in feb plus kids make the most out if everything. Thank you ballets shoes once again you are a star . I got so much help from you the first time as well. When should I book for feb 2015 both flights and tickets ?

if you're looking at feb half term and you still want 3 days/4 nights, I'd wait until after the current offer ends at the end of September - as then you'll be able to make a good comparison between the onsite package offers and offsite with park tickets/APs.

Everyone seems really helpful here so thought i would ask too

I'm looking at going in March, probably staying 2 nights (a tues and wednesday). It will be me and my 4yr old. The current deal shows a price of £278 for 2 nights in Santa Fe and 3 days park tickets. Is that good? I can get flights for £150 .

Also, are the meal packages worth it?

    Thanks

on a 2-night stay the UK version of the DLP site doesn't offer discounts usually, so thats about the normal price for 2 nights in March. Your child goes free onsite at that time of year, the only thing I'd mention is, that if you wait to book, you might get a better price on the French version of the DLP site (but those dates probably won't be available to book on the French version until the end of this year).

No, meal packages are not worth paying for at DLP, they are restrictive and they don't save you money. There are cheaper options for meals at DLP.

Thanks Balletshoes. I know for the same price i can get 4 nights and 5 days, which is a better deal but i can't stay that long (will need more spending money and my husband is at home with the baby lol). I will have a look at the French site too. Are you allowed to book through that then? Thanks

yes you can book through any country's DLP website, they have different offers and different booking windows etc. The French website may not have your dates available to book yet for next March (I booked in January for a trip 3 months later in April on the French website this year).

Hi I'm planning to go to Disneyland Paris for one day - 12th August. There will be 2 adults and 3 children (ages 7, 7, and 8). Can anyone advise where I might look for the best deal please? I'm finding it all a bit overwhelming and am not sure if what I'm looking at represents good value. Thanks in advance!

I forgot to say, I've sorted accommodation already - we're just after park tickets.
