Bit of a strange one, but does anyone know if there is a post office anywhere in DLP? I need to send a medium size parcel to someone in France, and to reduce the postage fee was hoping to post in DLP.

    Thanks in advance

There is a post office just inside the train station at val d'europe - no idea what its opening times are though. Its the first office on the right as you enter the train station from the parks.

Once again, Balletshoes comes up with the goods.

Am booked to go start of Sept so now thinking about the finer details!
Wanting to book Buffalo Bills tickets - is now a good time to book?? Want the earlier show as think kids will be too tired for later one! Is it worth the extra for Cat 1 seating?? Are seats allocated???
    Any advice greatly received!!
    Make £10 a day challenge = Aiming for £100 a month
    May - £100.68/£100 (£80.68 cash & £20.00 vouchers)
    June - £121.04/£100 (£91.04 cash & £30.00 vouchers)
    July - £22.11/£100 (£22.11 cash & £0.00 vouchers)

yes, get them from ticketnet.fr or the french (isle de france) version of the official DLP site to get them at their cheapest price. Its not worth paying for Cat1 seating, every seat offers a good view. Seats are allocated when you arrive.

Fab thanks balletshoes! Had a quick look & ticketnet.fr seems cheaper than French DLP.
Sure i'll be back with more questions as the trip approaches & the anticipation rises!

  • Looking at going, for several days (4 or 5), in August. I've read thru the thread, but still very confused, especially as we would flight out of Belfast (2 adults, 3 kids).

Anyone any specific advice for us Northern Ireland folk?

    Thanks,

    John

As other poster said, look at flying out of Dublin- we are going on a 9.45am flight (staying over in a Premier Inn night before for 32 euro for family of four- no brekkie as will be at airport early). Means we should be at Disney by 2.30 at latest so we get a few more hours than if we took the Belfast flight (thought would be in Disney by 5ish). Doing private transfer rather than Disney bus as its cheaper as its a pay per vehicle rather than pay per person the way the bus is. Couldnt face the train even though its super quick and supercheap as friend said it was a nightmare a few months ago when she went with her kids. Look up tripadvisor Disney forum pages too- lots of info including tips and menus esp from Person called Figgygirl

We will be buying Annual Passes in the park on our first day (only 4 weeks to go!) just wondered whether you have to pay for the first day's parking when you go into the Park?

Is there any chance we could state that we are buying AP's and get in for free or is it an automated payment before entry type of process?

I'm not sure if you'll have been asked this before, but any chance to save a few quid is worth asking about I suppose :)

    Thank you

yes you do have to pay for car parking before you get your permanent APs I'm afraid - the Village (Vinci) car park is much cheaper, and you can pay by the hour rather than the day if that suits you on your first day, compared to the main Disney car park.
