    cheers

not knowing the layout as such is the village part ( with the eateries ) outside of the main park?

Bit worried that when we leave the parks at the end of the day we cant get something to feed the kids. Also we get there late on a sunday night, its again making sure we can eat somewhere before starting 2 days of fun :-)

is there any internal transport in the park as DD is only just turned 4 and legs might not last all day.

    Soz for all the questions.

DLP is very compact - theres no internal transport between the Village and either of the parks, or park to park, as they are only 5 minutes walk from the gates of any of them to the gates of another. If you think your 4-year old might get tired (yes, she might, you'll all walk miles at DLP without realising it) take a cheap buggy for her.

The Village is open to anyone, guest or non-guest, you don't need a park ticket to get into the Village, and its open from 7.30am through to midnight each day, with bars, shops and restaurants.

have a look at ticketnet.fr, and fnac - these are both legitimate ticket agents in France, where you can order and print off tickets from the UK.

I'd also look at the French version of the DLP website (change the country at the bottom of the left of the homepage to France, then choose Isle-de-France). Again, tickets can be purchased and printed at home from the UK.

And then the usual suspects, travelrepublic, attractiontickets etc etc.

Thank you Balletshoes, that was a great help! I have managed to get the price down for 3 people, 2 parks 2 days to £297 (plus 5% cashback if I go through quido)

my dilemma now is perhaps it might be better to buy 3 annual passes instead. I can get these for £387, and as you get 10% off the restaurants and boutiques we may make up the difference this way.

Is there any other advantage to having the annual pass? in theory we could go again within a year, but as its our first time we don't know if this is something we would want to do twice?

oh dear! I've booked and paid for accommodation now, I think I may have rushed into things!! oooops! oh well, we are committed now so I've just got to work out the best way to go about it!!

if you're only going for 2 days and its your first trip, I'm not sure I would go for annual passes at all (3 days park access is the break-even point for annual passes compared with park tickets). I've just seen on another forum cheap park tickets valid for August -

might be another option for you?

my 8 year old loved the all you can eat breakfast, lol and my 9 year old loved the pirates of the caribbean ride. sadly big thunder mountain wasn't open while we were there nor was the RC racer ride. The Buzz lightyear laser blast was very popular with my 2 and they were on it many times daily.

We had one day of rain so our poundshop ponchos came in handy. the only thing i'd take next time next time is popcorn and candyfloss instead of chocolate bars. We used the water fountains in the park and i took the small bottles of robinsons juice with me and a plastic cup with a lid :)

  • does anyone have the email address for customer services / lost property as autistic son lost his stitch tower of terror hat on big thunder mountain yes we reported it same day
  • Good evening

I am contemplating starting the process of buying Annual PAsses from CE multiavantages - specifically the 39 Euro child and 129 Euro Adult Fantasy Annual Passes that require a French address - I have paid my 20euro to join and have my sign in details.
It isn't clear to me, but the assumption is that as we are a 3 child (ages 5,10 & 11 at time of trip) 2 parent family, I will have to buy 3 Adult and 2 Promo Child passes? is this correct, and will there be any issue with my 11 year old daughter using an adult pass?
I have a friendly trusted French resident address that I will be getting the Promo Annual Pass tickets posted to and then have them being posted across to me in the UK.
I do realise that the promo is now "reserved for the French Market" as the website states, however it is a significant saving over the UK Resident offer of 143 Euro each.

Do you consider there to be any issue when redeeming these at DLP? I assume (and hope) that once I have the Annual Passes they will not question my eligibility but will I have to provide proof of the French address? And in what format, will memorising it be enough?
Does anyone have any experience of people successfully having done this please?
    many many thanks in advance,

    James

there is no adult or child price for APs at DLP, its the same price if you are aged 3 or over.

So no, you will have no problem changing your 3rd "adult" AP for your 11-year old at DLP.

Basically, if you can get the APs posted out to a French residential address, you can use the CEMultiavantages offer, and you will have no problem exchanging the temporary passes you get from them for permanent ones at DLP.
