15% off on the bill of the complete table in the Disney theme parks, Disney Hotels, Disneyland Golf and Disney Village except at Rainforest Caf!, King Ludwig's Castle and Planet Hollywood; not applicable to meal vouchers and event meals such as Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Eve dinner; not applicable to dinner shows; not applicable to bars

Also hotels using the Shareholder's hotline but it doesn't include offers so you do need to do a lot of research as to what is the cheapest way.
Ok, so that's basically the same discount as we get by booking the half board option, but means we wouldn't need to book it for every day. Hmmm.

Thanks again for all your help, everyone.
Have just booked it (signed up for Quidco, so hopefully that will come through).

£640 (less cashback) for 4 nights / 5 days at Davy Crockett Ranch, including the half-board option. Am chuffed.

Annoyingly I couldn't use my Egg Money card for more cashback. For some reason it kept being declined.
Egg phoned earlier to say that it was an unusual transaction but the block would be removed within five minutes. But two hours later I still got the same problem. So booked on debit card.
Might ask Egg for a £6.40 credit...

Will look into the shares thing for discount on purchases while there.
  • Hi Jimmy

the breakfast in the park is an alternative to breakfast at the ranch, you get a choice when you check in (or at least you do at the hotels, I hope you do at the ranch too!) but it doesn't cost any extra just gets you into the park earlier. I'm a big kid at heart so I like the hustle at the character tea.!!!!
If anything I say starts to make sense, PANIC!

We'll ask when we get there (only seven and a half months to go!). Don't remember it being an option at the ranch last time, but maybe we just didn't know to ask...

I don't think you can book a dlp hotel without getting entrance included, it would be interesting to know the answer to that, might just have to do some research.......

Last year we stayed at the Santa Fe when we had annual passes so they certainly can do hotel stays (cheaper) without including park access.

We rang them last week to ask about our next trip and were given prices for Disney hotels without park access so they're still doing it.

Just a note - I think that the Fantasy passport annual pass gives a discount on a night (first night?) at any of the Disney hotels.

    Hi guys

Came back from 1st visit to DLP on Monday with 9 of us going in all and loved it...even though it was really hot and had a few accidents...but all in all had great time and already thinking we would like to go again when my LO is a bit older.

For those of you have been before did anyone collect the coins (2 euros) from the machines that show the different areas... Main ST/Fantasyland/discoveryland etc ... I am trying to find somewhere that shows all of the coins as I have 8 for my 9mo and believe that there are 10 in total. Does anyone have them or know where I can get hold of a list (they encourage you to collect them but would have been a good idea for DLP to show you them all on a poster or something)

    Many Thanks
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.
