Disneyland Paris/EuroDisney - Questions & Answers

I'm looking at may dates now, but the eurostar is over £800 eeeek! Looking at flights and they are just as bad. Is the paris CDG airport the best one to fly to? Think a rethink on the travel arrangements is needed. Fix one problem and hit another lol. Is it worth phoning the eurostar sales department? Do they sometimes have different prices?0

I've been having a good look at everything this morning and thought that 13th april would be my best bet as only zone c are off (b and c are off the following week). Priced everything up for that date, but then I noticed that zone c includes paris, so I've been put back to square one . I'm stumped now, don't know what to do
. Typical that the one year that I can go to dlp is the year that their school hols clash with ours :wall:
Can you go may half term and be done at DLP before 29Th may? next year that will likely be quieter than either feb half term or april holidays at DLP.0 -

The direct eurostar wont get any cheaper but there will be indirect (via lille) fares released for sale around 12 weeks before you travel. if you book these as soon as they become available you could still get fares of around 70 pounds return per person typically
yes its either paris cdg or beauvais airports for DLP.0 -

Okies, thank you balletshoes. We can go 25th-29th May so I'm pricing up for those dates now. I'm just weighing up the pros and cons of staying in one of the partner hotels (prob dream or circus) and how much cheaper it is to book everything separate. I was thinking about booking everything separate for the new york hotel, but I can't find a website that has rooms available for those dates. Do you know the best sites for booking the hotels at the mo? Are the fantasy APs on promoparcs still the best value? We would need 3 adults and 1 child wouldn't we? (DD's are 6 and 13) I have looked and I don't think 25-29th may are blackout dates for that AP, is that right? Thought I'd ask the pro's before going any further
. Yey! Dates that work for us and should be quite quiet! It'll be milder then too won't it. Win! Win! Win! All I need to do now is book. I'd better get a move on :j

The onward journey from gare du nord to DLP by metro and RER train takes just under one hour and involves a change from metro to RER. it costs around 7 euros per adult each way.
in your shoes i,d wait for the indirect eurostar fare to DLP to come out and if thats still too expensive then i,d look at booking the paris fare.0 -
Does anyone know roughly how much extra The Castle Club rooms are per night at the disneyland hotel? Also the Empire State club rooms at the New York?0

it depends on which night/s of the week, low, medium, or high season etc etc
you really should call Disney to get a definite price for whichever dates you're interested in.0 -
Hi all, I have been reading this thread for over an hour now and have some very good hints and tips. Me and my wife and 3 children (13,6,>1) wanted to go in Feb, but have been advised on another thread I created that May will be better due to the school holidays.
We are looking at May 26th - 28th/29th and goign via my own car and Euro tunnel.
I have not booked anything yet, but want to start soon, what are your recommendations? Thinking about taking pack lunch food for the kids to take in the day (Snack food) and either get a B&B deal staying at one of the parks accommodations are a ½ board if a deal is on.
Very appreciative of any advise in advance
Thanks
