Hi Balletshoes, I've booked our hotel and Eurostar to Lille, now about to book train from Lille to DLP, my dilemma is Eurostar gets into Lille at 13.26 and train to DLP is at 13.52, is that enough time to be able to catch it or should I book for the next one but that isn't until 14.45 and that is a loooong time to be waiting around with 2 excited kids wanting to get there asap!! lol x
any advice much appreciated, thank u x0 -

as you're booking both parts of the train journey separately, therefore you don't have any protection if your Eurostar is delayed into Lille, I'd go for the 14.45 from Lille. There a patisserie and a shopping centre right next to Lille Europe, so if your Eurostar is on time you could always take the family for something to eat/get some snacks to take on to DLP with you.0 -
Hi dee68,
We went in Aug and our trains were the same time. When you get off the Lille train you literally go up the escalators, look at the computer to find out which platform your Disney (Marne) train is (there are only 4 platforms) and go back down the escalator to the correct platform. All in all it takes a few minutes so those train times are fine.
Only thing is, if Eurostar is late (I think this is rare though) you won't be covered for missing your connecting train if it isn't booked with Eurostar directly. As I said, I do think this is rare though but just thought I had better point it out.0 -

Hi all,
Nearly time for out trip (27th).
I was looking at the train, then I thought taxi was a similar price but now i'm thinking hire car.
this would give me flexibility of not needing to cram on a bus, free parking due to AP from e-multiavantages (although it says on day one I have to pay?) and I could visit the supermarket for provisions.
any advice?0 -

If its the same price including insurance and fuel etc to hire a car over a shared shuttle transfer then why not? if its more expensive i wouldnt bother.0 -
Seem to remember you could get Buffalo Bill tickets cheaper from a French site but cant find it.
Anyone know of it.

if the link is invalid, its the official DLP site, choose country "France" then "isle de France" then "spectacles".0
