Leew, we went at the end of Aug and it is fab!! Don't worry, have a great time0

Question, we're all booked up apart from transfers but the OH is worried that it is rundown and not worth going after reading some bad things in a paper the other day
Anyone pass comment on this who's maybe just been?
Ditto what other posters say, we just got back from there earlier today and its as good as ever."Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller
DLP visits 2015: March, June, September, DecemberLife is a journey - enjoy the ride

DLP don't seem to let you stay on a ride anymore, even when there is no queue - experienced this on Pirates of the Caribbean and Big Thunder Mountain (not joking you, honestly, but it was raining very heavily) so got off and literally ran around to get on again, getting soaked in the process. Not had so much fun in ages!:rotfl::rotfl:"Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller

Hi, I'm seriously considering a 5 day stay probably in a Val d'europe accommodation and going to the parks 2 days maximum. The last time we went do DLP was in 2004 so I have a lot of catching up to do. Can anyone tell me when is the best time to look for prices for next August please?
The last trips we did, were last minute, so wasn't an issue. It will be me and 3 children aged 6,15 and 17. The older ones have been before, the youngest hasn't. I'd also like to go into Paris, to see the real Eiffel tower, as they saw the fake one in Vegas a few weeks ago
I will travel which ever way is cheaper, although we live one stop from Kings cross, so am hoping for a good price on Eurostar, which we do like. Thanks.:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0 -

Eurostar fares for August next year will, I believe, be available to book by phone from around December this year. You should book as soon as they become available to get the best price, and don't wait until they appear online.
For your hotel/apartment in val d'europe, have a look at travelrepublic, alpharooms, expedia, ebookers etc.
Its too early to look for cheap 2-day park tickets for DLP, you can start checking for those around 5 months before you travel.0 -

Does anyone know how many of the new type of Shares you need to buy to become a member of the shareholders club. It says 100 somewhere, which would be approx 500 euros. But on another website it said 20 as this was equivalent to 2000 of the old shares. It its 20 then I may be interested!0

Until 2012 it was 20 new shares to then have free membership to the shareholders club. its now a minimum of 100 new shares.0 -

Oh we did. Last September, again the rain was pouring down, and there was no one queuing, and we were able to stay on It's a Small World!
