me, my partner and our children (aged 5 and 12) want to go to Eurodisney for 3 nights circa spring term holiday (15 - 18 Feb 2014), and have a tight budget. I have spent several exhasusting hours looking at various websites to get the best deal includng Dawson & Sanderson, Hays Travel, Quidco, Booking with Disney direct for the 40% discount/staying for 4 nights and paying for 2 etc, and most of the prices are £1300+, both by doing a package search, and also booking everything seperately. Can anyone help with tips on saving to bring the cost down, or is the normal price for 3 nights?0

how much is the hotel/park tickets part of your package price, which hotel? There may be a way of reducing that part of your price.
Also, can you drive and take the ferry/Eurotunnel? For 4 of you, that would be the cheapest way of travelling.0 -

Hi
I am also looking at that time to go with a 7 and 4 yr old plus hubby!
Are you able to fly from Glasgow?
I have found that if you book the hotel through official DLP you can get 3 night s in Sante Fe for 490.00.
Booking flights through easyjet going from Glasgow are 330.00
There is still your transfers to add on but should come in under £1000.
Hope this helps. xx0 -
Dear Ballet shoes
My partner and I are looking to take our 6 year old daughter to DLP next month. We are planing to take her during the week beginning 14th October to avoid the French half term which I understand starts the following week?
We are planning to stay at the Dream Castle (on recommendation of a friend).
So we plan to leave on Wednesday 16 October at midday after picking our daughter up from school. Go to the parks on Thurs and Friday and Saturday morning, and then return back to the UK on Sat early evening.
The price I have got direct from the Disney website for this period is £782 for 3 nights and 4 park passes (we dont need 4 as we won't be able to use the park on Wednesday but there didnt seem to be an option to tailor the package on the DLP website).
Can we do this any cheaper? Should I book park passes independent of the hotel? If so, I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction for each of the bookings.
Also, what is the cheapest way to travel? we are coming from Bournemouth.
Thank you

yes, price it up separately. promoparcs has fantasy annual passes at only 129 euros each for you adults, and only 35 euros for your daughter. With the joining site fee and postage to your home address in the UK, that would come to around £265 for your park entry (and is valid for one year from your first day in the park, and gives you loads of discounts on food, souvenirs etc, plus access to Extra Magic Hours, no matter where you are staying).
Here is the link to promoparcs -
http://www.promoparcs.com/disneyland-paris-ce-collectivites/227-promo-passeport-annuel-fantasy-adulte.html
and DLRPMagic for all the advantages of having a Fantasy annual pass -
http://www.dlrpmagic.com/planning/booking/annual-passports/
The Dream Castle for your 3 nights, including breakfast, is £285 on travelrepublic (you might find it cheaper if you have a look at other sites like trivago, expedia, alpharooms, ebookers, etc etc)
So thats around £550 for your preferred hotel and park tickets if you do it separately.
As for travel, so close to your trip dates I'd guess the cheapest way of doing it for the 3 of you would be to drive and take either the ferry or Eurotunnel.0 -

yes, the VEA stops outside the train station at Disneyland Paris, then you get on a RER train one stop to val d'europe. The VEA does not go to Val d'europe.
With the cost of those both though, you'd be cheaper (and a lot quicker) booking a shared shuttle in advance with rstransports - its only around 38 euros one way for 2 people, total.0 -
