Aww, poor baby; I'll keep the healing energy coming for her.

Anyways, bottom line is they "don't know how the error was made" but they have apologised profusely and confirmed it should never have been sent to me at all. Hooray!:T

  • Good evening, This is the first chance that I have had to come online as things have been so busy this week. So far I have cleaned 3 houses for clients so thought I better at least try and get some jobs done in my own home.

Marvellous Monday! - a bit of everything!
Clearing surfaces - pick your most annoying 3! Could be kitchen sink, work tops, table, windowsill, mantelpiece, bit of floor, shelf of doom. Whatever, pick 3 and lose the gibble!
Now give the surfaces a good clean, then only put back what really belongs there.
Rehome the rest of the gibble (keep, bin, recycle)
    S&S the downstairs loo
Empty any bins and give them a S&S too
    Put a wash on
Check any school uniform needs - yes it's early but it could all be sold out in a month
Polish some shoes - you know it makes sense
Tidy your purse - any receipts past their use by date?
Ooh, I've just been scribbling any extra groceries I need to think about during school hols! Do you need to update your shopping list?

Terrific Tuesday - Living Room & Dining Room

    Eat a frog
    Declutter a drawer
Use up the last of a cleaning product
    Wash a window or two
    Polish any mirrors

Wonderful Wednesday - Kitchen & Dining Room
Clear your work tops and give them a wipe
Dust and deweb, get at those corners and skirtings
Clear your floors and give them a mop!
Wipe your small appliances and underneath them
Wipe down cupboard and drawer fronts - don't forget your kick boards!
Wipe the fridge - inside and out
    Shine your sink
Clean your hob - and your oven too if you're not feeling to hot by now!
Chuck out any old dishcloths or teatowels past their best

I'm concerned about Pigpen too. She's deactivated her Facebook account.

I'm hoping she just needs a little time to herself.

    Thinking of you Pigpen.

    Hey,

Been reading and not posting, just been popping in to see if pigpen has posted. I do hope she's ok. I miss her tongue in cheek comments.

With regards to flying, I've watered the garden and done a wash load, hoping its clean as can only do a cold wash. About to hang it up. I'vearned to stick to my diet again and even done some exercise!

    Gosh it's hot!

I spoke with the specialist nurse from the hospital this afternoon. The scan results are in and they show that my major organs are clear, but some of my lymph nodes are involved.

Consulted with my sister and she confirmed my initial impression that this is relatively good news.

Fingers crossed. Will update when I have more news. Hope everyone has had a good day.

Pigpen if you are around and reading this - please make contact with one of us - we send our love and hugs....

  • CY that does seem like positive news. X
Got halfway down Tuesday's list, then gave up. Went swimming while the DDs had their swimming lesson, which was a much better idea.
Can't even sit outside because of blooming midges. Grrrrr.
Sending whatever pigpen needs if she doesn't do hugs x
