I spoke with the specialist nurse from the hospital this afternoon. The scan results are in and they show that my major organs are clear, but some of my lymph nodes are involved.

Consulted with my sister and she confirmed my initial impression that this is relatively good news.

Good indeed; that sounds manageable. Really relieved for you even if it may be a rocky road ahead sometimes.

    And yes, thoughts of Pigpen

  • Morning all - me neither Kazwookie and I have already done my banking online!

Good news CY - when is your appt with the consultant to discuss next steps?

The Beeb was right! - we had a humdinger of a storm about 10.30 last night. DH didn't need to water the garden last evening!

Luckily I had managed an hour's sleep before hand as I did my usual of getting up and unplugging everything and watching the storm and then wondered why the internet wasn't working this am!

Will post my list later but am at ch shop this am. The museum was so hot yesterday I was glad I had taken my fan.

Had lovely text from DS - how are you coping with the heat? - looking after the olds from a distance! Subsequent chat revealed his thermometer at 31 degrees so bet your duvet was dry Dusty!

Pigpen - whatever is going on please just take care and know we are thinking of you and missing you.

    Have a cooler day. x
Loving the tennis especially Heather Watson yesterday Lynn agree with you.

    Morning everyone.

Got burglar alarm sorted yesterday. Did a bit of weeding in the garden. Then later we had a horrendous thunder storm. Apparently it was a supercell storm. Very large hailstorms and risk of a tornado.

    Bathroom got done yesterday.

    Today it's the bedroom.
    Feed and water birds.
    S&S
    Buy birthday cards.
    Doctors appointment.

    CY That's good news.
Hope pigpen is ok. Thinking of you.

Cat is in hospital. Bloods came back jaundice. She had an X-ray, that was clear. She may be having an ultrasound today. I'm hoping the insurance comp accepts the claim.

Ds2 has just got on the school bus so if any one can spare any stay at school ok vibes for him I would be grateful x

I have a waxing appointment at noon so that will need a long walk.
