Hope you are coping with this second fracture OK. Purple plaster must have street cred - better than a white one!

Just a thought on the excessive sports school uniform list. When I was at school we had 1 x double lesson and 2 x single lessons per week and they were something like:

Autumn term: hockey (double) and in the gym, i.e. box/horse/ropes/large climbing frame (singles)
Spring term: netball (double) and cross country running (singles)
Summer term: tennis (double) and athletics (singles)

Is it possible that you can find out whether the school splits the year like this and, if so, which bits of kit you need for when. For example, we didn't need a skirt until the spring term because we wore jogging bottoms for hockey and just shirt and PE knickers for gym (single sex school), but needed skirts for netball. Obviously, we didn't need the tennis racket until the summer term...

It might help spread the cost a little?!
