Totally (and deliberately) missing (or ignoring) the points people are making. I notice how you always reply to those that you think have 'slighted' you.
Once again, you really need to get your backside into gear. When are you going to realise that you're going nowhere, fast? If only you would accept this, you could actually move forward. That is what is so frustrating.
Not sure why I am drawn to this thread but every time you post, I live in hope that you've woken up and smelt the coffee, so to speak.0 -
I totally agree. A dessert is a want not a need. I never have a dessert because my meals are big plates of healthy vegetables. I am full after that, no room.

I quite often just have a glass of squash or fruit juice for "dessert" if I fancy something sweet. But that's just me; I prefer savoury stuff.
Everyone should be able to have a pud. within reason if they want one.
Hope you are OK Use Less. x0 -

Good luck with your decisions and choices. Who knows? Maybe the unfortunate incident which has laid you up might turn out to have at least some positive outcome? I hope so.
Hope your car and your leg get sorted soon.0 -

I will assume you are referring to me. And if so, yes you're right. However, most of us who have posted on here on more than one occasion have suggested things that OP has completely knocked back suggestion wise. In addition to which, OP herself has been quite 'snippy' with other posters when she (incorrectly) believes they have slighted her. Feral Moon is one example.
Practically every single suggestion on here has been discounted because OP has an excuse for not changing anything.
I, and others were initially sympathetic - I can relate to chronic illness and that is why I suggested that she cannot go on as she is without damaging her health further. People have given helpful and friendly advice, but for the most part OP does just ignore it.
The sad thing is, a lot of the posters have 'given up' because of OP's attitude. I have also previously said that I wish her the best with her debt busting, I hate to think of someone suffering as OP must be. But, in all fairness, what I have said is true, if a little harsh.0 -
You have not at any point been harsh, Anoneemoose.
I am one who has stopped feeding op's preference for debt-blindness and deception of self/husband. Of course, that is her right.
But this Thread wouldn't still be scab-picking if op hadn't asked, in strong and desperate terms, for help. No person twisted her non-writing arm behind her back to make her begin it.
Inevitable events, still unfinished, did that.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Well not bad going for 19+ pages with the OP responding? They could have just as easily been ignored.
This reminds me of a thread that should just have become a diary in a lot of respects.
This forum also carries another important message that is of such: "This is an open forum - anyone can post."
Who also names their thread? whilst many people have to make the serious choice to go bankrupt every 5 minutes in the UK it comes across as rather mocking.0 -
