Payday today, but trying to tell myself it's next week, cause if I don't next month is a 5 week(er)
As usual, I can't wait, and have put another £100 into the pot for my new target, very slowly beginning to like this way of saving, as it is only "moneyshuffling"but my OCD is agony as I can't round down my mortgage :rotfl:but cheated a little and have made up a spreadsheet and enter my o/p's and rounding down onto that
Where there's a will, there's a way
No bank holiday here, but have taken the day off anyway, in the hope I may be able to do something productive. Also have plans for tonight listing some more on the b@y.
At the back of my mind, have been thinking about trying out the new shift pattern at work, but had a problem about committing myself to it - seems you don't have to, so in my eyes that's a ++ so a big step closeranother plus is more ££'s
++ Need to list the negatives, not sure there is any to be honest ++
There is so many idea's/plans/jobs in my head, I need to get them written down and get a move on ticking them all off. A wee voice in my head keeps asking me - can I clear this mortgage in 2 years ?

Awake early this morning/during the night again. Feel so unsettled at the moment, as if somethings about to happen, good or bad, and normally my instincts are good, maybe the cause of my disturbed sleep the last 3 nights, but refuse to get up until around 6.00am
Looks like it's going to be a nice day today and I have a long weekend - can't wait, lets hope I get a move on and get things done. Now need to clear/tidy loft as saga needs access in the coming weeks/months to get some work done.
If it's your bank holiday weekend, have a nice one and if it's not, have a lovely weekend, anyway.Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -

now feel slightly guilty.
Wondering why I'm so tired, forgot I was awake half the last 3 nights  Oh, loft clearing - think that might turn into loft tidying. Will try and list more on the b@y as its pay weekendalthough its slow, you never know.
Came home to a nice letter, asking me if I wanted to sell shares I have, I try to forget I have them until I get a nice wee cheque in every so often and when they ask me if I want to sell. They tell me how much they are worth, wish they wouldn't as I'm now thinking what I could do with it
Bought my monthly euro lottery ticket for tonight and an extra for tomorrow as loads of prizesto be won :rotfl:Fingers crossed.

Spoke to mortgage lender and got official mortgage balance for 1.1.16, so I have £152.37 left of my 10% allowance (knew I was close)
More interestingly and important was the conversation I had, and asked if I could reduce my term, therefore upping my monthly payments = overpaying, without penalty :jthey said - Yes !!! Appointment made. Will play with calculator later and see what I can reduce it to
without being too dramatic.
How did I not know about this ???
Seems to good to be trueAway to play with calculator
