Man, that's some good work. I'm a declutter maniac - always have been since as a messy teenager I trod on an upwards facing plug on my bedroom floor - after that I've been pretty military.

I'd love to do this professionally - what a dream...! LET ME AT THAT LOFT!

Ouch !!! done that a few times, and start drawing dirty looks at who left it there, nobody to blame but myself, of course :o

We would get along just fine, cause that's what I love to do as well. Give me a messy full room, and I'll sort it out for you. How sad am I ? Keeps me happy though :) Love all the programmes that have a" before" and "after" - Cleaners, Hoarders, Houses, Renovations, . . . . . . . dream on . . . . . . .

I'm rubbish at decluttering and using the bay. I always think it's not going to sell for more than 99p so what's the point?
I'm also lazy....pretty sure that doesn't help :rotfl:

Is there some sort of Ombudsman that you can take your Saga, erm, saga too? I'm not 100% au fait with the ins and outs of it all but even I know it's been going on far too long and their service has been deplorable!
  • I did complain, 2 days later they put up scaffolding, then received an e-mail stating that they had upheld my complaint. No idea of my next stage, do I ask for compensation or take it to Stage 2 complaint, I have no idea.

Meanwhile time goes on, and part of my house is open to the elements.

Is it with the financial ombudsman? I could do a bit of research if you wanted? Alternatively you could always threaten to go the press?

Need to take it to Stage 2 of Property Factors (Scotland) then the Homeowner Housing Panel can get involved, if I'm not happy with the outcome.

If I were you I would take it as far as you can. What you're going through is just disgraceful.
I work for a local Citizens Advice on an energy project and if a client has been dealing with an unresolved complaint for ages and then comes to us we sometimes write a letter to the CEO or Chief Exec. I've practically memorised the address of the Chief Exec of npower I've written to him so many times now.
That usually gets wheels in motion.
