What benefit do you hope to get from a smart TV AFK? If your TV is in otherwise decent shape, have you considered a plug in device like a fire stick to make your dumb TV smart? Super cheap upgrade!0

Thanks for reminding me it's payday AFK,
Have moved money around as am about three weeks away from a couple of quieter months work wise. That's OK, I have plenty to keep me busy and a couple of trips planned for holidays ( one on UK paid for accommodation by a friend - other abroad looking for business opportunities). Am decorating main bedroom and would like to finish some work in the bathroom but all purchases made for both of these projects so only elbow grease needed to complete
Sorry to hear about sewing machine. I'm very impressed re:curtains. I bought a very reasonably priced machine last year from Tesc0 and it has been brill. It would certainly run up curtains. If you are interested, I'll PM you the link. I had an old singer Capri which was my grabs " modern" one in the early 1980s. I can't part with it so its in a cupboard, but it couldn't easily do button holes/zips etc and try as I might I couldn't find a manual for it online. It also weighs a ton to move about and I don't have space to leave it out all the time.
Hope your payday was worth the wait. Have fun at the caravan of you get there

Truth be told, maybe see my internet on it and a bigger screen, apart from that, not a lot
Will keep the fire stick in mind though.bexster1975 wrote: »Thanks for reminding me it's payday AFK,

Yes, please - no harm in looking and it does save ££'s on curtains when I make them myself

Payday didn't last long, but mortgage balance slowly creeping down :j in my head I have a target which is practically impossible on my low wage but side line is helping a little.
Caravan was great, a much needed rest and weather fantastic, although a bit scary when the fork lightening came - no notice and we were driving through a forest :eek:Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -

Another working week over
Investigated cost of pedal for sewing machine . . . Cost £45 new with wiring included. May just borrow mum's for now, as would be nice to get them done this weekend.
Have been reading the Kon Marie for oomph as really need a life change/house change clear out.
Still making little o/p's daily for now in an effort to keep me happy and show I am making headway in the mortgage.
Weather here has been lovely this past fortnight and more, not so good forecast from tomorrow lunch time, though. Thunder and Lightening storms on their way.
Side line still taking up my spare time, so far, so good
Biggest news today is I have been awarded my 3 year badge :jAlways have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -
Start of the working week.
Have just been making silly knotty o/p's as a bit glum with all that's happening just now.
Need a re vamp - life, work, house, me.
So in light of this, have made a start (which is what I normally do - never seems to get finished) this time though - fingers crossed.
Started with my bedroom - all drawers and wardrobe gutted - again, huge ironing done :j - more to complete and spare bed eventually made up and tidy - so pleased with that, its whats lurking in the wardrobes that worry me.
Hayfever eventually set in (after cutting grass on Friday) So added to my misery.
Sewing machine pedal located and bought - along with another sewing machine - oops how did I manage that :rotfl: Sewa few projects lying in wait.
5 parcels wrapped and ready to be postedThis is truely helping my mortgage balance reduce, and although extra work, am grateful for it. Once my clearout in full swing, there will be loads more to be listed
With all this going on, have neglected diaries for some time and need to get back to chatting on them.
All work in progress.Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -
