    Ha ha lol . . .

Back staff should know as much as front staff :rotfl:

No quitting work - yet :( as side hustle has taken a bit of a blip, however, I have regrouped, been inventive and thinking of new ways to continue :)

Next target is Christmas, for either - side hustle, work or mortgage

Well, here it is . . . letter that explains everything and nothing.

Seems H@lif@x haven't always applied my payments correctly  which means they charged more interest than they should have :eek:. And they are sorry for this and given me £20

However that doesn't seem to cover it as they have also applied too much payment :eek::eek: to my interest free sub account, which meant my interest free sub account was reducing quicker than it should have :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D

They therefore moved some of my mortgage balance, so more is interest free :D

Not only that but, to make sure I'm paying the right amount for my mortgage, they have recalculated and are reducing my monthly payment by £200 :eek::eek::eek: not bad considering I was paying under £300 to start with :D without o/p's.

They can reduce all they want - I'm not in a fixed deal - thank goodness, so can still o/p as much as I want :D

Question - how come I or anyone never noticed this ?? Anyone know the formula for working out daily interest? Might be a task ahead for me :D

Sorry AFK, I do not know that formula. What a dogs breakfast that all sounds!

Just get the bu$$er paid off and then you won't need to deal with the tomfoolery

I'm trying my best to get rid :wall: of the bu$$er :D

I'm no mathematician, but something is not adding up. (That includes my 2 mortgage accounts )

I think they should just clear it as a goodwill gesture :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Total o/p's for July is £466.13 plus mortgage interest gaining balance reduced by £131.70 thanks to H@lif@x allocating my payments wrongly

Dark clouds looming, but will see what I can do by the end of the year.

Got down to another 000.00 - goodbye 5's , onto 4's with my next mortgage payment :j
