Well up this morning tired (as friend on phone till after midnight) to a lovely sunny morning, hope it stays that way. Looking forward to the weekend and a good rest (chance would be a fine thing).
And only just realised its a 5 week month. And breathe . . .Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -

As for 5 week months. Mrs SJ gets paid every 4 weeks which can be tricky with organising finances, but it is one positive when we hit the 5 week months! Deep breathe and plough through it.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -

Thanks for that Bexster, I can just imagine my shed driving down the motorway
almost like these houses they build in the States . . . like a mini caravan with wheels and they just drive about in order to save having a mortgage (must be tired) cannot think of the name for them.

Seems they build these in the old Usa to avoid large mortgages and can move home without all the expenses

Ever heard "If only I could have this house in "that" location
I wonder . . . . will it ever catch on here ? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -
Ok, so mind willing
, body not so
Loads to do - list endless - one scored off, 2 added on
and not feeling great for it, everything piling on top at the moment.
So plan of action needed, list jobs and stick to it - one thing at a time and by end of May list complete :rotfl: so long as nothing else added on.
Paint bought for porch roof but found out it's too high for me. Picture in my mind that I get up there, then ladder somehow falls over and I'm stuck up on a flat roof :rotfl: which doesn't help :rotfl:
My imagination can sometimes run away with itself. So it's painting on the ground for me with a little stool to reach to top of the shed, then onto the fence, after that if I have time the hedge needs cut down - again - probably nearly 8-9 feet high - should be around 5 and half feet - that way I can reach it - just. Then there's the grass - you get the picture . . . .
Washing no.2 nearly finished - hope I have enough line to put it on . . .
Will report back - that may give me motivation to get something done.Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190
