That's no more than 1%, isn't it, and provided you pay £3 a month for the account?

1% on transactions up to £30 until 31 December. Better than nothing while TSB get their act together.

Seemingly existing Cashback Plus members are eligible for MyRewards but if you want to sign up to MyRewards from 5th October you need to hold a Reward account.

Not sure if this is in response to my post but TSB is not yet available on Apple Pay which is what I was referring to.

I know. But if I can get 5% cashback on contactless card which comes with a free bank account that also pays 5% interest, I am not going to use Apple Pay with another card that pays me 1% cashback, comes with an account that costs £3 a month and that pays no interest.

I like Apple Pay but it's not the only game in town.

I like Apple Pay but it's not the only game in town.

Indeed. I'm maxing out on the TSB cashback before using Apple Pay with RBS but there is the odd occasion where I only have my phone on me.

The RBS/NatWest contactless offer has been running for months without the requirement to pay a fee and it's not been confirmed whether that will change with the introduction of the Reward accounts/add-on.
