I understand from a friend of mine who received one of these letters that Concentrix are the ones who gather all the information together but it is HMRC who make the final decision and not Concentric.

I've read various things but I imagine what with todays announcement, they will be looking to lighten the WTC/CTC bill in other ways, such as this.

I sent my docs on the 6th of June and got them back this week. They said that they will write to me about my claim. What does that mean?

I've received my documents back today and it says they';; be in touch about my claim too.

It's all very worrying and stressful.

I've written to my MP, but he's totally useless. From many people I have spoken too and looking at his facebook etc, he doesn't reply to constituents. In fact, anyone who disagrees with him, he blocks.

  • Hi everyone, I received my final letter from concentix a couple of weeks ago after the questioned my childcare. I sent a letter off from my childcare provider stating the hours she attended and how much a week it was. My final letter said from the there was no need for any changes to my award from the previous year. think I will be keeping the letter in a safe place for now.

    Yeovil and surrounding areas, yes.

We used to have a wonderful MP in David Laws. I know he messed up with expenses etc but as an MP for his constituents, you couldn't have asked for better. His team were superb when he was away.

It all went wrong for us when Fysh got in back in May. Never heard a bad thing said about Laws, but this Fysh guy, nothing but bad words.

Lo and behold, who comes into my shop today - Marcus Ruddy Fysh - wanting signatures for his petition to not have the local police station close.

Had to bite my tongue as I was working and so was he, it seems.

Amazing how he wanted something from me though, and it was signed as I believe it a good thing to save, yet he's not willing to listen to his constituents (local councils are Lib Dem run hence his keen attempts with the police station (although not necessarily a Council decision) and he's backing a Conservative supporter for Police and Crime Commissioner candidate)

Just tickled me a little after I wrote about him here that I would see him doing constituency work for the first time since he won his seat.

Did they only ask for 12 weeks ?

I have seen others who have been asked for nine months proof.
