Any concentrix outcomes yet

Please post your experiences of concentrix here.

I'm still waiting to hear they had my info 20th may. Chased last week still not dealt with.

Just wondering how long to give before I chase again.

No, not yet. I'm going to call them on Thursday.

Has your review been done by HMRC yet GD?
They say it will take approx 10 days to look at so yours has been over that. Give them a call.

Not had any renewal papers back yet finalised so don't look like it has
I will ring them Wednesday morning at concentrix
I still don't think my renewal will get processed till concentrix finished with my case .

They need to finish the investigation to process the renewal. If they don't they will have to open an enquiry which will be a new investigation with different rules.

They are backlogged (Their own fault) 4 to 6 weeks is the average processing time right now and they may still write back and ask for MORE information.

It's what other people with the letters have told me after waiting and waiting and having their documents sent back after 3 or 4 weeks and then still waiting.

I sent all my childcare info back and according to Royal Mail it was received by them on the 14th May. I called last Friday (5th June) to check they had got everything they needed as my deadline was 11th June and was informed that my information had been looked at the previous day.

I was told they had found 'no risk' and I would receive a letter in due course letting me know everything is in order.

Well I rang concentrix today to see whats happening and they wrote to me a second time asking for more info! Good Job I rang today cause letter hasn't come yet.
Apparently they need confirmation that there are no changes on my renewal I am slightly confused apparently I didn't tick a box online or something, not sure why they couldn't have rang me but im sure I ticked the box on the concentrix investigation form.
She also said its gone to the decision makers I asked about my renewal this will be processed along with investigation.
Why is it so time consuming and my payments will probably change before I get letter as the post doesn't go out daily it can take 2-3 weeks to arrive! she did say that it could be another 14 days !

Yes I remember ticking that online when I did my renewal.


I also remember ticking the box on the concentrix form.


My last change of circs was last jan 2014 to a different provider, they asked If I had any changes Apr-apr
