Yeah I've done that before with the Insider upgrades and it's easy enough to do.You can make an ISO image from the downloaded install file. Just check back one of my posts had a Microsoft TechNet article on how to convert the image.
I'm in no hurry though, so I'll wait a while to see if Microsoft issue official ISOs which would be even easier.
