So many choices... all badly thought out, impairing the usability of the OS. This is basic stuff. God knows what Microsoft are playing at.0 - 
            
I think it's OK, especially with the transparency; way better than the screen flipping nonsense of Windows 8. (It is a bit annoying that "improvement" means more sequences of actions to achieve things though.)I would probably get used to it after a while but my first impressions are that it's not very good/user friendly.
Heck, if they get transparency working on a general basis (rather than the tacky flat single colour window borders (and content, like Linux), it might be worth taking another look at Windows 10.0
