well go into all settings/system and display/apps and click on each app to see if its able to be uninstalled or a set feature built into windows
solitaire can be removed , proggies like xbox and one note are blanked out , and cannot be removed , however I have listed how to stop them running in the background , which must free up a low powered system
judi , you can follow me link and stop it running in the background ,0 -

Err I don't think that's the tile for the xbox app you're showing in that image. It looks like some other green tile.
When I right-click on the actual xbox tile, there's no uninstall option.0 -
xbox cannot be removed even when going in "bluntly" (ok a big hammer) using powershell
Uninstall 3D Builder:Get-AppxPackage *3dbuilder* | Remove-AppxPackage
GONE
Uninstall Alarms and Clock:Get-AppxPackage *windowsalarms* | Remove-AppxPackage
gone!!
however when we get to xbox or edge
Uninstall Microsoft Edge:This app can’t be removed.
Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
This app can’t be removed0
