Hi all,
I'm a lurker on here, and terrible with cleaning routines so feel a bit of a fraud posting on this thread....but I may be able to offer some help with the cat wee!
We have an unneutered stray who comes in and sprays, which in turn makes one of my boys (neutered) spray as well. I've discovered (don't ask how) that if the wee is on fabric (suitcases etc) or hard surfaces then a scrub with mouthwash will get rid of the smell.
Ducking back out to lurkdom and returning to cleaning routine envy again.:)PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.
Now to start saving...it's a whole new world!!0 -
Hi willowpop why not stick around its lovely here! I'm rubbish at cleaning routines too that's why I'm here. It really does help xI'm not a muggle...I'm just magically challenged0

I have ironed this morning and washed some more and managed to get it line dried before it rained.
DS is in the bad books. He has eaten whoopsied quiche without a murmur (and it was ood) *sniggers evilly*
I ate it too but I'm not picky;)
FFP is quite right Willowpop. Do stay out of lurkdom - we know you're there, now! Sheesh if I cleaned 'on liste' t'house'd be spotless.
(DS, watching Obsessive Cleaners last night declared our house 'alright' which means clean enough and homely. That'll do me;))
ETA Boddy - that picture of the DGS is awesome. Definitely one to treasure!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Willowpop please don't lurk, come and join in; I very rarely follow the lists, just do my own thing, and I haven't been strung up by my hair yet.:D
That said, amazingly, I have all the Monday list done!! with the exception of
Pick up 30 items and put them away.. it doesn't matter where you pick them up from or what you do with them so long as they are in their place, or the bin or the chazzer bag!
Because I cannot for the life of me find 30 items that are not in their correct places.:D
Oh, and I had to Google Aragog.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Hi all! What a lovely welcome. Thankyou
I might just hang around then!
I'll have a good starting point by the end of this week as I'm irrationally cleaning before my mum comes to visit next week. (She's helping my DH to look after my DD whilst I'm in hospital for a week) So, despite it being the last thing on her mind, I've decided that I need to clean! Kitchen and bathroom tomorrow, hallway and main bedroom already decluttered.
Once I'm back on my feet I'll have a nice starting point to keep the place clean and tidy from.
You guys all seem to do so much more then me! I imagine your houses all looking like show homes, that's why I've always lurked!PAYDBX 2016 #55 100% paid! :j Officially bad debt free...don't count my mortgage.

Show homes? yeah - of course they do (see our cunning plan has worked:rotfl:)
DS bossed to bring pots down before I took him to work. He may have to stay there until Wednesday because I won't go pick him up after tomorrows shift.
