Right ladies, a question, what's the best thing for cleaning up after cat pee?
One of my big cats (a boy) has taken to peeing behind the bathroom doorand I don't know why. I've been using Simple Solution, stain and odour remover but he's still doing it in the same place
Any help would be gratefully received
I got an air freshener with a motion sensor.. it sprays when the cat walks by.. soon stopped them.. I have puppy training mats for Doppler.. he doesn't seem to like the litter tray!
My sister washed her carpet so it all smelled the same both she and I had an unneutered male peeing on the outside of the door so ours did it on the inside.. and not just wee!
I'm waiting for cats protection phone line to open at 9:30 so I can sort Dopplers nads.
OH taken Squeak to school. Dot playing Angry Birds on the ipad and Pixie is being a monkey and trying to steal it off her!!
It looks nice out today.. I might actually get through my 5000 loads of laundry. I've barely done any this week between the flinging and the rain I just haven't fit it in!
DS2's dressing gown is still out there though!!! .. wonder if it smells any less yet lolLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Decluttered OH to work and DD to school with packed lunches! :T I can't remember when I done that last without being in a rush/having the right things/resorting to giving them money (probably 2013 when I was last on the thread) :rotfl:

Hi. Count me in for this week please. I have tried fly lady before and most of it quickly fell by the wayside, although a few habits have stuck. I think having a thread to refer back to will be more motivational.
I have made a start this morning, the bathroom is clean and I have sorted through all the toiletries and tidied them into designated drawers, cleaned cupboard under the sink and stored away bathroom cleaning products.
First load of laundry is in so I am having a brew before I start anything else.
Still have the kids at home today as it's teacher training, I also start my night shifts tonight so I need to be focused and not make excuses.
Need to get some baking done today too, I have fruit that needs to be used up.🎄PAYDBXMAS21 #11 £11,300/£11300

Please Miss P., can I be let off for the rest of the week, now that I've done your list for today?
I have
- put away more than 30 things (counting the socks and shoes singly :rotfl:)
- sorted the bathroom drawers and cupboards
- cleaned all round the bathroom, including the gungy thing in the shower waste that traps the loose hairs and other unmentionable detritus
- put out clean toothmugs
- polished the mirror and dusted the skirting board, windowsills and radiators (we have two tiny bathroom windows rather than one big one)
- watered the poor plant that always gets ignored
Haven't done the floor because DH always does the hoovering now
I have also done the other dailies and started the first of my 4 loads of washing, in the hope that I can hang the towels out for a few hours today.
Still frantically doing paperwork among all the rest... I need to visit my friend this afternoon and then I'll be going to the Old Wives' this evening - we have a drumming workshop
ETA I'll do some more of my paperwork while you do your HHC, pigpen. Is it a deal?0 -
Bathroom and shower room done, washing sorted into heaps ready to run through the machine whenever it stops raining, our bed changed and DW repair man called out for tomorrow. Sorry I didn't keep you company Pigpen, I was too busy scrubbing out the shower.
Now to get the dy$on out while I still have some energy. This wretched cold just won't clear up.Better is good enough.0 -
Bathroom about done just the floor to do now. Bath mats in the WM, tiles scrubbed, window washed, cabinet emptied and cleaned, chucked a bag of stuff that's been in there for years, put all the bottles lying round the bath in the cabinet now they can fit, scrubbed loo, bath and sink and the taps are shining like a shilling
Had to nip to the shop to get fabric softener.( coffee and nicotine):o Wool delivery was in the box when I got back:T still waiting for DDs books to be delivered that's one of her birthday presents sorted.
Still to do...
