Evening all and welcome to new peoples
Thank you Natty for last week and thank you Pigpen for this week. I'm in but have quite a busy week for a change
Bossy - hope you enjoy your time away
If it's gone I've done it or don't have one
Open windows, loud music and hearty singing is an absolute must for every days activities.. it is good for the lungs!
Merry Moonday!! ~ BEEEAAAUUUUTILICIOUS bathrooms!
Pick up 30 items and put them away.. it doesn't matter where you pick them up from or what you do with them so long as they are in their place, or the bin or the chazzer bag!
Get out that neglected toothbrush and attack those bathroom taps.. I want to see my spiders faces in them
S&S the sink/shower/bath/bog..
Swoop upon that laundry and fling it in the wash.. towels, flannels, clothing, shower curtain if it needs it.. get it all sparkling and smelling of sweet things!
Sweep/mop/vacuum floors.
Extras, if you are a glutton for slaving away over a hot microfibre cloth.!!
Wash out bins
reshuffle toiletries into order
...Next.. close the lid of the loo, sit on it and admire your beautiful room and that little thing you can now see which needs doing... do it.. then you can have a cuppa!
Hope you all have a marvellous Monday and ((hugs)) to all. There are spare spoons and sticks if you need some - just help yourselves

I think it is about time that I'm in. Thanks for the lists ladies.
It is ds2's first day in his new class in the upper school site tomorrow. Tuesday is ds1's last A level exam. He then will be under my feet daily so I may give him a few tasks each day.
Good news here is that ds2's and my heart scans were within "normal range" whatever that may be.
Get well vibes to those feeling poorly x
Calming strength vibes for those supporting them x
Good luck Flyteens taking exams x0 -
I'm in and scared..................started to make my excuses already.
Tomorrow is 'booked' as my brother arrived today en route to home after working near here. In the morning we are planning our fairly imminent bike trip. Spent much of this evening working out leads/chargers/cables for our various devices, what nerds. I've also got an assessment to do in the afternoon and must go to the supermarket. Also got one report half written.
Tues is interview for the possible contract am and an assessment pm.
Wed nothing planned so frantic writing of reports but must go to gym as can't go earlier in week.
Thurs Mr N taking his mum to hospital appointment am, I'm working at uni pm.
Fri must go to gym am. Going to bil's in evening, staying till Sun to sort out his very wild and unkempt garden. My mum (who lives near-ish) him will pick me up on Sun and take me to hers, as she has hospital appt on Monday she wants me to go to. I'm getting the coach home on Tues.
Ok so where's the time for flying? I'm exhausted just writing it.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.0 -

Morning all
Back to work today and a 7 week end of term/year. I want to try and get some stuff done after work - we'll see how I get on. June is a very busy month Scouting wise and I've still got to do the accounts before the AGM. Oh and I've just remembered it's the District AGM on Thursday as well as a meeting at school about Stanley Head so Thursday will be pretty much gone. Oh well never mind, first things first I need to get out of bed and find something to wear for work.
Dusty - hugs - hope you have a peaceful day!
Bossy - enjoy!
Thanks piggers.
Have a good day all

Morning everyone
Thanks for the lists Pigpen.
My week is pretty full with paid stuff, hospital, dentist, voluntary job, paperwork and phone calls for DS. But I will do my best!
I attacked the bathroom with bleach before we went away on Friday but will swish and swipe and may sort out the bathroom cabinet if I get time.
Good luck Narco.
Have a good Monday everyone. Gale forecast winds forecast here, will need to make sure everything in the garden is secure.0 -
I'm in thanks pigpen. A bit of shopping to do today.
The bathroom isn't too bad so won't take long.
Want to fit in clearing my sock/underwear drawer.
Also want to fit in a walk before the weather worsens later.0 -
I'm rather looking forward to some more flinging this week.. There is definitely something motivating about seeing the space appearing!!
MUST sort neutering Mr Stinky.. my house is honking of TCP (tomcat pee) hopefully we an get him in somewhere tomorrow..
Squeak all ready for school, but I have been up since 6am.. I may need a nap by lunch time!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
I'll be in as best I can.
Right ladies, a question, what's the best thing for cleaning up after cat pee?
One of my big cats (a boy) has taken to peeing behind the bathroom doorand I don't know why. I've been using Simple Solution, stain and odour remover but he's still doing it in the same place
Any help would be gratefully received
DD2 had left for school History exam this morning and Food tech this afternoon, I'm trying not to worry about it but she's not academic
DD1, I believe is back sometime this morning, though she has a beauty appointment and I'm not sure if she expects me to go with her.
She's not good at doing the roundabout on the way there so keep expecting me to take her. My thoughts are if she doesn't start doing it she never will be!
I don't really want to go as I've been bombarding the poor woman with all DD2's requests for her prom next week and feel a bit embarrassed
Once I've finished my drink I'll get dressed and make a start on the bathroom. It's not too bad in there to be honest.
