Busy week for appointments. I was on a course this morning so I took half a shelf full of autism etc books to donate, with me. I can borrow them if I feel inclined so a win win situation.

Weather has been beautiful. More washing dried outside.

I'm off for an early birthday trip tomorrow with my best friend. I haven't packed yet :o

Eeugh MILs and sex. What a thought.

Some years ago my Mum came to stay as I had to go away for work for a few days. She decided to do all the laundry and when I came home my very skimpy going out knickers were neatly folded on the top of the pile. I felt like a naughty teenager.

I have been sorting out things for the car boot sale we are doing on Sunday. I just seem to be making an almighty mess at the moment.

Well done on the fleabaying Pigpen.

Spent an hour giving the kitchen a good clean. The aga obviously resented being wiped over and has gone out and is refusing to relight. Ho hum, will try again in the morning.

    Rampant Recycler Debt-free and Proud!
    Hiya everyone

Sorry not been on but I was one of those severely affected by the glich on the site. Could hardly get into the site, let alone navigate, read or post. Anyhows it seems to be nearly sorted.

I've had a skim through and

    Poohbear - welcome back
Pigpen - well done with all the listings and sellings etc
Princess - as said already - if it was urgent the Dr would have reacted differently

Had a good week and am owner of a new hair cut and lovely nails - thanks for the advice peoples.

Flying wise - I have cleaned all through - just the kitchen and bathroom floors to wash the morrow as they have been swept. The bed's been turned and changed, and all the towels through changed. All washing and drying up to date and I might try to get some ironing done next week.

I remembered the trick of putting all paper hotspots together and went through the pile whilst having lunch and all sorted, filed/shredded/voucher clipped as necessary.

Then collected up all the odds and sods of bubble-wrap and other such stuff and put it all in an empty suitcase - result !

All the recycling is sorted and bagged ready to go to recycle centre and list made for shopping the morrow. Just hope we get a dry day for a change :( as would like to get balcony boxes emptied over the weekend whilst DH here to give me a hand.

((hugs)), sticks and spoons to everyone needing some and hope you all have a super Saturday

    Hi all x

Came home from work to a poorly OH. He refused point blank to go to hospital so I phoned for reinforcements in the form of his wee brother. Anyway he was worse by the time he got there so we had to call an ambulance. Just in and got a coffee but I'm shattered. OH is home as there isn't any beds available but if necessary I've to take him back. His ecg was fine though when they did it and his bloods were ok apart from his cholesterol levels being 8. Blood pressure still high but no worse than earlier. They still can't work out what's causing the problem but they have ruled out heart and stroke so that's a relief.
Off to do a washing or something cause I know I won't sleep yet my mind is too active.

    Morning All

FFP - what a worry for you - try and have a sit down with a cuppa and a fag (see I know you so well!) and let your own heartbeat slow down. Hope they sort him out soon. x

I have washing on the line and another load in. I'm charging my fitbit so I'm going to sit here for a little bit and have a mooch. It's going to be a nice weekend so I'm going to try and finish the conservatoyr off then we can actually use it. Having said that I need to do the accounts for Scouts as it's the AGM in 2 weeks and I haven't finished them yet!

We're going out tonight for our WA which was on Wednesday so no kids overnight which will be nice.

    Have a good day all

Oh FFP what an awful time for you. :( I hope you have a quiet weekend x

A ha ha ha ha pigpen you do make me laugh!

I didn't have the best nights sleep again as Roo woke up crying again at 3.30, then decided that 5.10 was morning!

Busy day today, not sure any flying will get done as off to boots for a photo then morrisons, then I need to get sun hats for littlies, then off to the beach, not sure how this is going to go with two toddlers on my own, but we're not going to go until
Later so hopefully not too busy. Then is my grandads b-day so we're out for dinner. Nothing planned tomorrow, so should get some bits done then, and will attempt to throw things at ebeast then (sorry stole your name there pigpen, think it suits it!)

Oh and to all those lovely ladies that have their nails done, I had mine done on Tuesday and they're still looking ok. How often do you get yours done, the beauticiAn said 3 weeks but I'm not sure they'll look decent after 2.....

Morning. On a decluttering mission today. We have a tent to sell but need to put it up to get some photos taken and have been putting this off for ages so we're going to do that. It's going to be windy so that might be interesting.

Might get out of bed and make a start ...
