Week has been a bit busy to fly but hey it's the weekend. Going to just water the garden and then make a start on some cleaning, the house so needs it.

Poohbear lovely to see you back, I don't get on here as much anymore but it is always nice to pop back 'home'

s'very quiet in here today. DD had gone to work by the time I arrived home; and I'm very impressed - they get a break - and fed - at work. The chef (yep, chef) cooks the staff 'a meal' *green with envy* - and she can get a drink if/when she wants one, too...the Italian waitresses are teaching her Italian, too!
DS has also gone out - but the promised vino (I'll buy you a bottle of wine if you pick me up from work, he said), has materialised and is chilling in the fridge. And the washing had been brought in AND the rabbit put away *faints*

I've just written a batch of report comments and emailed them...so I shall sort the pots and iron, next.

    Ciao!

(see I can speak a little Italian :rotfl:) In keeping with the Italian theme the wine's Prosecco BTW

I just went to reshuffle a bit of bedroom so we can get Pixie to bed and us too.. I have managed to empty a binbag of parcels posted today, 2 medium postage bags AND a pampers box of clothes.. all gone.. This meant I could remove ALL the ebay stuff from my bedroom onto the landing.. I get some bedding put away and put an empty Tesco crate outside to be collected next time they do a delivery.. I am a little pleased at the tiny bit of extra floor space!

  • Hi all,

Was meant to be carrying on with bedroom list today, but had one of those "oh I can't deal with this room like this and longer moments" and ended up moving things round in order to try to cover up the building site like hole in the wall. Now my bed is just covered in stuff to be put away. On the plus side I can see my bookshelf, and a bit more floor.

FFP try not to worry, my OH going through similar thing, just had a heart monitor on for 48 hrs and going for ECG next week. He is just so busy all the time, and stressed, and does not look after himself. It is a positive they they are having the tests instead of ignoring it x

Hey FFP, I can only reiterate what everyone else has said, try not to worry lovely x

wow Pigpen fantastic ebeast sales:T, as my inspiration, I will try and list 50 things on fleabay this weekend! wish me luck :eek:well done on the moving things and having some tiny space too! yaaaaay:j, makes it that little bit worth it doesn't it :).

Well since I have been home from work I have:
fed and bathed the little dirty ones
    sorted all the washing
tidied by bedroom!!!!:j which included all toys and rubbish, just the clothes to put away now, but I shall do that first thing.
    watered all the garden
done 2 loads of washing and hung it up
    changed the littlies beds
    loaded the dishwasher
and emptied the bin and fridge

and have just decluttered a chip and onion ring butty and a glass of red whilst talking to OH on the phone for an hour :o

pigpen, I was wrong about MIL, she DID do some tidying!!! She unloaded the DW and put everything in all the wrong places, and consequently I spent ten minutes looking for the cheese grater!!!!:rotfl:

oh and mildly embarrassing, but I don't mind telling you lot, it might raise a smile or two :o, There is a corsety type thing in the downstairs loo, (on the shoe shelf) from when OH was home, and it was a bit tight so I took it off, not raunchyfied you understand its white lace and steel boned but could be construed as being on the naughty side :o. not that it is, obviously!!! I looked at it before work this morning and thought I best move it, and forgot :o. But since being home from work, I've just noticed that it isn't in the place it was! It has definitely been pulled out to have had a look at!! Think MIL might think I'm some kind of harlot now!!!! oh the shame!!!

I have, with my ebay sales money purchase... are you ready for this excitement? ... I purchased.. a new weather bar for the back door.. ours has needed replacing for a couple of year as the rain keeps getting in my house. £19 of wooden happiness lol... I REALLY need to get a life hahaha!!

Missy... I knew today would be the day she'd do something helpful... and so what is she's seen your skimpies.. I bet she has a few things hidden away.. such things would be worn on a night out as clothing.. I have a stunning silver holographic corset. mine is totally on the naughty side, that's the whole point surely!

All todays laundry dry and mostly folded.. I'll go do the last bit while making a cuppa.

3 packs of wotsits decluttered... *burp*

Oooh love the sound of of your corset! Hadn't thought of wearing it on the outside instead of underneath clothes! Now there's a thought! And yes, naughty definitely is the point, but didn't want you lot thinking I was a harlot too!! Oh Arrrghhhh I now have a vision of MIL in skimpies! Lovely lady, but eeeuugghh shudder!

    Yaaay for the weather bar!!!

Lol.. the thing about MILs is you know they had sex at least once... hahaha

I have worn mine with jeans and with floor length skirts.. and I don't care if you are a harlot.. my MOL thinks I am because I have beautiful brightly painted nails.. but she also thinks I am a peasant... I LOVE it. I'm getting my fishnets on just for her at some point because she thinks they are disgusting.. though they will be more like whale nets on my lardy behind!! HAHAHA!!!!

I got all excited earlier thinking we were getting a wedding invite.. it was a thank you card from OH's friend for sponsoring him for the London Marathon! Let down or what!? I really wanted a new hat..
