Well done to all our flybabies on their new employment :T:T

I've managed 3 loads of washing and tumble drying and I have remade Ds2 and DDs beds. I've put DDs Darcy Bussell bedding on and told her that some of the magic will rub off on her for her ballet exams tomorrow, she just looked at me as if I was mad, they grow up too quick :rotfl:

Stuck a film on earlier and fell asleep DD woke me up to tell me she was starving so I ordered a takeaway as I CBA:o. Went a walk to the corner shop just to blow the cobwebs.

Off to do a bit of my knitting, hopefully tomorrow I will get some serious flying done in the morning x

Not had much time in today
Done lots of gardening shopping and did some major de cluttering in mild garage - huge pile of metal stuff out for scrap man. We are planning on getting a skip but seeing what will go for free first.Theres a load of wood in there I will offer on free cycle as I'm su someone with a burner will take it.
More metal to sort but didn't want to fill her drive up on the first day.

I hope your OH gets sorted soon FFP. healing vibes for CY and MMM. Frizzle, I honestly know how you feel, I actually had an argument with OH when he was home for an hour and a half, about how when he does nothing else in the house why can he not even make a cup of tea!!!! ended up with me crying and shouting and him shaking his head in disbelief!!! not a good day! :eek: And ha ha ha to knickers honey bear, so funny!!

Well I'm in bed with a decaf coffee, having just scoffed a cupcake! might actually be my second one...... Did some running around to boots etc this morning, then took the littlies to the beach this afternoon for an hour, they loved it, felt bad I hadn't got myself together sooner, so we could have had more time, but i wasn't sure if they would be bored, and stupidly I had a right nightmare of what to wear, I honestly just sat in the middle of my heap of clothes and just kept sighing, I haven't bought any nice clothes for ages and i definitely need to lose this podge thats appearing!! My clothes look awful! Maybe I should wear the corset full time!!

So very little flying has gone on. Although I did just run around the kitchen flinging things in their appropriate directions, so it looks mildly less like I've been burgled than it did before. For all you ladies that are sorting etc, I have a question, where the heck, do you find the time and the energy?! I have so much to do, and I really do want a tidy house, but by the time the littles go to bed, I am absolutely lacking in any sort of enthusiasm. And just stare downheartedly at the mess surrounding me. But have the daily jobs to do, i.e. washing and making sandwiches and cooking and washing up and putting away toys and bathing children, and wiping worktops etc, so no sorting gets done, then I fall asleep most nights by 9.30, as littlies get me up at 5 most days...... I'm at a loss!

Well done on yet more decluttering and clearing pigpen, definitely an inspiration!

Right well I'd best finish my drink and go to bed, am pretty tired, and if the last two nights are anything to go on, I will be woken up more than a couple of times!!!

Well the past almost 9 hours have been busy but I have managed to get a good amount off my list. I am going to update my list and then go to bed and read some of my book.

Empty the cutlery drawer and clean the tray and get rid of the crumbs and put back only nice clean stuff.

Sort through a drawer or 2.. see what you can fling or is where it shouldn't be.. or the stuff that you have shoved in a cupboard or wardrobe to 'deal with later' .. get it out and deal with it!
Sort a pile of paperwork

Thrilling Thursday!! ~ Splendiforous Studies and Stairs!
File away the paperwork and shred what you don't need.
Sort the shoes and coats and bags in the hallway.. can any go away for the summer, or away forever?
Get your finances up to date, your spreadsheets and bills and other boring grown up stuff .. Are all your insurances in order and filed pretty?

Fank Goodness it's Friday!! ~ A&E Time! (Anything and Everything)
Empty a drawer or cupboard or toybox and deal ruthlessly with its contents
Catch up on any calls you need to make, including arranging necessary appointments.. medication reviews, dentist, smears!! etc .. opticians need doing here!
Clean filters and detergent drawers on big appliances.. they are so gross!

Morning!

We are having a day at home today. The wind has dropped so will get out in the garden later. I cleaned the bathrooms last night while kiddies had their baths and the kitchen is ok. I put away the Mr T delivery and we have plenty of supplies in for a good feed. We were so busy yesterday that we just snacked, so we are having a proper dinner today.

I want to vac through downstairs and sort the bit of ironing out. And if I've time I'll tidy in the garage again. And put the rubbish and recycling out!

As I thought, little hoodlums have been up since 5!!! Despite not going to bed until 9, they are exhausted already!

Well so far this morning, we have made smoothies!! The littlies were cutting up their own fruit and making a lovely mess! One load of washing is on the line and the other load brought in. Stripped my bed and is in the machine. And have watered the garden. Have loads to do, but need to plant out my 40 ish little plants today as I don't think they'll Last long inside. Which means my windowsill will be clear, so I can make the kitchen look pretty again, so will try and do that today. Love this sunny windy weather. Not sure I'll get any ebay stuff done....

Yesterday was hoping to get further down the lists, but all I managed was a bit more from the bedroom one. So I'm still on Wednesday, and its Sunday! On the plus side, was out a lot of yesterday with childrens birthday party, shopping etc (plus four carrier bag of stuff to charity shop) when I got back OH had listed a couple of big items on fleabay, and we both had a joint Kondo of books in the bedroom ( four more bags to charity). Bookshelves in bedroom now just have one layer of books on them. Bedroom dusted for first time in ages :embarasse

Off to mums all day as its her birthday tomorrow , so just going to get dressed and do dailies then I'm off. Have a good day all x

STAAAARRRRRVING this morning..

Sorting for a change today.. not sure where I'm up to.. more landing I guess and I need to get some more ebay stuff done. I have a bag to go to DD1 but only a few items she has asked for. Oooh there is a large pink basket in my room which need sorting... I'm going to do that too as it will make a big difference to my corner. I need to get the bedding into the cupboard not just next to it.

I am on the cusp of psycho-neighbourness.. the fire mine lit yesterday at 5pm is STILL burning.. left unattended all night spewing bits of ash into the sky so I cannot hang out my washing.. I do not want bedding smelling of smoke and covered in ash like I live in Pompeii!!! So.. I am waiting until OH stops looking and going out to hose it from my side of the fence.. I can't hang out washing or open my windows or doors or my house fills with smoke too. gggrrrrr
