    Afternoon all,
I am back from work and had lunch. On the way back nipped to get a couple of bits from aldi and took my two bin bags to cs!

Going to hang washing on the line and clean the bathrooms.
Hubby is being very strange at the moment. He does very little around the hous even on the days when I work more hours than him. But this week he has made the bed every morning and loaded/ unloaded dw. They may be small things but making me smile. I did say thank you and it was helping me out. Long may it continue!

    List for today....

    Hang washing out
An hour if the paid stuff

    Merry Moonday!! ~ BEEEAAAUUUUTILICIOUS bathrooms!
Get out that neglected toothbrush and attack those bathroom taps.. I want to see my spiders faces in them
S&S the sink/shower/bath/bog.. even under the bathmats.. they get all slimy!
    Sweep/mop/vacuum floors.
Wipe any icky marks off the walls, doors and anywhere else in here

...Next.. close the lid of the loo, sit on it and admire your beautiful room and that little thing you can now see which needs doing... do it.. then you can have a cuppa!
    Grocery challenge-

debt free as of feb 2015. Now saving for deposit for new house! Moving in June 2015!!!
  • I keep on getting the 'timed out' message too...I think we'll discover one day soon that we do have to use the new format :( I don't like it, it's far too shiny.

Surprisingly lots done off the kitchen list last night. Dragged OH from watching tv and made him stand in the doorway and admire it ;)....a reminder of how things should STAY...

Right, time for a kitty healing spell, methinks. I'll do one shortly for him. Meanwhile, a tickle for him from Auntie Wolfy.:o

I agree - I don't like the colour and the general feel of the new format one bit. I too keep having to hit the "back" button and hit Submit a 2nd time to get it to post. Why oh why do they have to d!kk around with things that are perfectly ok as they are??:(

Right, let's see what we have today.....
    Wonderful Wednesday!! ~ BEEEAAAUUUUTILICIOUS bedrooms!
    Level One.
Pick up 30 items and put them away.. it doesn't matter where you pick them up from or what you do with them so long as they are in their place, or the bin or the chazzer bag! LW... get out 15 items then put them away again!! *Blows extremely large RASPBERRY*
strip and change that bedding that stinky bedding, we don't want you sticking to it! Saturday task; I did turf Alfie off the bed and tidy it up, though.
Clean the window and frame May not achieve this
    Level Two
Dust radiators and skirtings and any other dusty bits you can see

    Done
Wipe down any units.. mug rings off bedside units, make up dust of the dresser top etc Done
Shine the mirrors N/A - none in there
    Level Three.
Sort through a drawer or 2.. see what you can fling or is where it shouldn't be.. or the stuff that you have shoved in a cupboard or wardrobe to 'deal with later' .. get it out and deal with it! Did the bit under my desk instead, as it was more in need
Empty bins and wash them out if necessary
    Done
Wipe any lamps or light bulbs wiped and remove dust bunnies with Mr Vacuum. Can't actually get to the vacuum til Saturday - Mr LW has put my wheelchair in the spare room as I won't need to go out in the car before Saturday, when he is taking the courtesy car back and picking up his new one, and it means the vacuum is not accessible. I'm spot-cleaning with the hand-held as needed, but I can't do the whole bungalow on my hands and knees.

Extras, if you are a glutton for slaving away over a hot microfibre cloth.!!
    Sort a pile of paperwork
    N/A - it's all up to date.
    Clear a hotspot.. I hate these things! What's a hotspot?:p:p:p
clear your notice board of old things.. (mine is desperate!) or update your calendar with new entries (desperate for this doing too!) All up to date

...Next.. sit on your bed or a chair in there and admire your beautiful room and that little thing you can now see which needs doing... do it.. Done - buttons removed from a worn-out shirt; shirt consigned to rag-bag, buttons to button stash then you can have a cuppa and a treat of your choice!! Like a Scooby Snack!! :p
My treat of choice - a game in the garden with Alfie.:o

It has just taken me 45 minutes to clean the bathrooms. Why do I procrastinate over it when really that is only 15 mins on each. And pigpen the taps are as shiny as I can get them!
I was going to have a cuppa before the school run but I have ran out of time. Going to have a sneaky look at today's list!

An hour of the paid stuff
    Hoover bathroom floors

Hey, well both myself and mini moo May, survived nursery! But since then full on melt downs have occurred! Not by me, fortunately, but littlies are so tired, they just keep screaming at each other. Another day of rushing about and not getting anything done on the house! I desperately need to revise for my exam tomorrow, but can't do that til littlies in bed, bit hopefully it will be an early night, judging on tiredness!!! It's OH's last night at home for a month too, so best spend at least some time with him!!

Have managed to put one load of washing on, and sort out my grandads birthday meal on Saturday. Am just going to have to grin and bear the mess for a couple of days, as have exam etc tomorrow, will have to do a minimal, 'make tidy' tomorrow afternoon as MIL is coming to look after littlies on Friday whilst I'm at work. And I'm out visiting family all day Saturday.

Like you pigpen. I need to fling A LOT before I can even think about cleaning properly, need to paint some things too. God getting stressed just thinking about it. And breath, right need to slurp a coffee and think of something to do for dinner...... Oh dear May and Roo are kicking off, best go and sort it, 'sigh'

Lost track of what room I'm meant to be on, but so far:
    * did 2 classes at gym; body pump and body attack. Tired!
*got petrol for lawn mower on the way home "oh look this garage does C0sta - surely I deserve one after all that exercise"
*spent too long over lunch and book in conservatory
*realised time and did mega blitz
-put away a few things in kitchen
    - put some pans etc in hot water
    - put away anything in bedroom which was on floor or anywhere else it shouldn't be
    - washed sink, tiles and windowsill in en suite
    - swept ensuite floor, mopped
    - shook bathroom mats out of window
    - polished bathroom mirror
    - emptied clean washing basket, kondoed neatly in drawers
    - refilled basket with washing and am just on my way to wm. Will wash up aforementioned pans. Then it's out to the garden to water greenhouse and see what's next on garden list apart from the inevitable weeding.

Hugs to anyone not feeling up to much today.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

    Hi all x
Keep getting the timed out message too its driving me nuts.

I'm a day behind but the kitchen is now done. I'm just decluttering a cuppa before I take DD to ballet.

Love and hugs to all and welcomes to all newbies

    Hello all.

Yesterday, I hoovered right through the house and cleaned out the cutlery drawer. Then hosp appts and a night at the cinema. Saw a preview of Spy - highly recommended.

Today - mostly spent in bed due to headache which is almost gone now. Have walked the dogs, and have another evening out with DH planned.

I had planned to spend most of today gardening so hopefully will do that tomorrow now.
Spend less now, work less later.

Ahhhh have just spent half an hour rummaging about trying to fudge together a pirates outfit worthy of a 3 yr old, as have had no notice Roo needs one for tomorrow. And when trying to put it on him and piece it together, I was met with a very grumpy, very loud 'NOOOOO I DONT WANT TO BE A PIRATE!!!!!'
So that was a big fat waste of my limited time!!!
But anyway, I have done half an hour study and am going to spend half an hour flinging things into the chazzer bag that is set for collection tomorrow, whilst our nutritious dinner of chicken, chips and beans cooks!!!!
Sorry for long inane posts! But feel like I'm losing it today!!!!
