OOh Georgie that sounds great :)

Thanks for all the praise :D The place is an absolute tip, but all progress helps (and improves the ability to relax). Its so cold for June! Its crazy, I'm going bk to bed and will watch some iplayer on my phone with leccy blanket on. Maybe do some crochet - using up the stash is on the list lol. I am potentially at SABLE level (Stash Acquired Beyond Life Expectancy - I'm only 27 lol)

They put on some good events down the harbour, shame the rest of the town isn't up to the same standard.

Without a doubt, I always feel calmer and more relaxed if I'm not surrounded by clutter. I'm not a minimalist by any means, but I can't stand clutter anymore. I'm getting better at rehoming stuff.

I agree, it is a bit chilly, we've put the fire on for the first time in ages.

I couldn't!! If it hasn't got fur then more than likely it won't appeal to me.

I have just had a very drunk person knocking on my front door waving a wad of cash at me and demanding cigarettes. Now wondering which of my lovely neighbours has a sideline in knock off fags.
    Definitely going downhill round here.

I used to keep snails as pets as a kid. Mum said she come into my room and they'd be everywhere. Can't be doing with slugs though - vile creatures.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Uggh slugs. Sometimes DA dog rolls in the garden and gets slugs stuck to his fur. Then I have to remove them. Boak.

    Annoying husbands are annoying.

Think it may be that time of the month when I find random people attractive. I am also grouchy.

Also, DH told me he wouldn't mind if I left him. Not sure what to make of that.

  • Is DH having a self-pitying moment, code? "You can leave me if you want, I'll understand". etc.

Nope. He said he's not sad anymore. I'm wondering if he wants rid of me now :(

I wouldn't even mind if I had been feeling sad but I wasn't. I just asked if he was ok cause his friend's wife had a baby.
