Aw! Poor DA dog! He has never looked overweight in his photo's? Please give him a cuddle from me and on the bright side if he loses some weight he might have more energy?

Poor DA dog. I feel so bad for not noticing he was getting chubby. But he also has a lot of muscle so it shouldn't take him too long. It will also mean extra walkies for him which he will love. And now I feel guilty because he's trying to charm treats out of me and I'm not giving him any.

Swain's cat is a little chubby so she's not allowed a lot of treats, but sometimes she's too cute to refuse the odd treat, especially when she starts following you around the kitchen and staring up with big kitty eyes, that said half the time i think she hates me as if i try and stroke her sometimes she goes to claw me :eek:

Off to Swain's tonight :j i may have gone to to the charity shops and come back with more teddies.....oops

Ach that's just cats for you MU. Sometimes they love you, other times they're swiping at you.

Going to the zoo tomorrow. Been watching the chicks on penguin cam so looking forward to seeing them.

ETA: Also for anyone who likes Pandacam Tian Tian is currently rolling on her back munching bamboo very close to the camera.

On the bad owner front, Gitdog got stung yesterday and it tool me 4 hours to notice that half his mouth had swollen up like a balloon. He is now laying it on with a trowel.

Glad to hear you had such a great time, Was. Bet you're knackered now you're back.
Edit - I always fancied a camper van, Stoodles. Am less enamoured at the thought of reversing or parking it.

My dogs like cucumber and occasionally celery. They are also fond of mango if some is going spare, though they only get tiny bits.

Generally if we are eating it they want to ( we have to fight to keep not dog safe avocado away from them)

What about apples? Most dogs like apple wedges? If introduce something to mine and they aren't sure I tell them what its like...



But in truth, I prefer fewer treats given. Because ours are raw fed I'm happy for them to hVe dog safe raw veg and fruit scraps for variety and fibre, but they generally ( not always) get them from their food bowls.

We got in the lift and DH burst out laughing and said "guess what our room number is?", well straight away I knew...."is it 666 by any chance?"...."yup!" :eek: I'm not over superstitious but I've got to admit, it's kinda freaking me out!

He nearly said to the receptionist "can we swap rooms? Do you know what my mrs is like?!" :rotfl:
