Calley, if it is a ball valve problem, can you explain what was wrong with it?

Was the ball valve not shutting off the water inlet properly, so that the cistern carried on filling up to the overflow pipe?

Yes it wont shut the water off. I even held the ball valve up to try and stop it and it wont.

I have no idea why it won't shut off. So turned the water of as I am on a water meter.

Also can you tell me why there is space the size of a tank behind my car that someone parks in front of it. which means they are parked on a corner and on the pavement.

I got two neighbours who seem to have no idea how to park. personally think they should not be driving if they can't park in a space behind me. And I now know that the other who can't park will park on the pavement virtually on my dropped kerb!!!!!

Ooft. Went to the doctor and got my painkillers! Yay! Didn't have any problem until I went to pick them up and because they were controlled substances I had to wait ages while they checked then again and again and then asked questions. Got some pants for holiday and picked up a nice dress in the sale too. Then I had a massive meltdown at DH because he was being annoying and I was in pain and hungry and thirsty.

Ended up getting a subway and having a drink then went home where I promptly fell asleep with my head on DA dog, totally missing the end of the programme we were watching. Then I had another nap, woke up and I had totally missed the football. As it was, probably a good thing. Now dying my hair a sort of reddish brown but I'd quite like to go back to sleep again. Massive spot on my forehead has gone down a log, only to be replaced by three between my eyebrows fml.

  • Hi guys!

Sorry, i've been lurking for the past few days!

Went to Wales yesterday to watch Michael McIntyre in Cardiff with my mum.. had a great time!

Life at home is not amazing right now.. OH has officially moved out and the relationship is officially over (i know i said it was over like a month ago but we decided to try and work it out.. obviously not worked out!).

I don't know how to be on my own.. I moved my entire life 120 miles away from everything I knew for him, now I'm stuck here with nothing and he's !!!!!!ed off back to Wales to his dads!! Why are men such plums?!

I think I'm going to go for a run now it's getting dark!

Speak in a bit guys! Hope you're all well!

Not sure how many days since last hulk incident, but resetting the clock now.
Major tantrum this evening cos I'm so uncomfortable and it was a stand in midwife not my usual one. She was lovely and really reassuring, but measured escapee to be an absolute porker!
Need a jailbreak soon otherwise I'm going to be giving birth to a giant!
Bearded one still thinks I'm being impatient, but he is not the one who is going to have to push out a monster.
Chopped a pile of logs and uprooted three bushes, and cleaned the windows but still no sign of eviction.

    Argghhhhhh!!!!

To be fair, if I'd been carrying around a baby for 9 months, I would be getting impatient!
