Boo, all agitated tonight. Watched a scary film earlier which was a bad idea. Usually doesnt bother me, but then hubby was playing on the xbox and the game had scary music, and the combination of the two plus my ridiculous hormones has got me all weirdy.
Well done on the food Melly. If you have one of those big exercise balls try sitting on that when you eat and for a little while after. I find that now I hardly have any tummy room it helps with my posture and my food goes down and stays down a lot more easily.
Indie kid I also hate people turning up at short notice. Mainly because I have a list of things I like to get done before anyone comes in to the house. Most people I know are aware of this though so give me notice, but I would be very stressed if someone told me they were on their way with no warning. Try talking to your parents again and being very direct about it. It may not help, but at least you tried.0 -
Work was horrible (thank god that is the last bank holiday till xmas)and i feel like complete and utter crap
I'm trying to remind myself of the good things in my life but honestly i feel like i just want to give up on everything.currently hating myself and wishing i wasn't here. Want to talk to Swain but he's felt down himself this weekend (and he never ever feels like that, so it was obviously bad if he has gotten to that point) and only today has started feeling better and i really don;t want to bring him down.

Have a cuddle from the whitewing household instead, MU

Sleep well, little one.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

I hate feeling like this. I just want it to go awayi don;t want to feel like this. I'm so sick of fighting against myself. Its been an ongoing fight since i was 11, i'm 29 this year. More than half my life has been me fighting my demons, and i'm so so tired of it.

How'd you know what my husband is like?!0 -
Big big hugs (((MU))) x x I'll be honest and admit that really, I don't know much about mental health at all, but is there perhaps a different medication that the doctor can put you on that might be better than the one you're on?
Even though Swain has been feeling down too, I'm sure he would still want you to talk to him if you felt you needed to.
Hope you manage to get some sleep Hun x x
Katy, I don't blame you for feeling agitated partly because of he xbox music. Is it CofD by any chance? That music winds me up so much, it really annoys me and sometimes I can't bear it and have to walk out of the room.0 -
I wouldn't know what it was Georgie, I stopped asking what he is playing because he will tell me and then I can only really smile and nod anyway as I don't really understand it all!
It was something with guns and explosions and creepy music anyway.
MU, it does get very wearing feeling rubbish, especially when you are stuck in the middle of one of those episodes. Do try to remind yourself that you don't feel like this all day every day though (easier said than done!). Maybe look back through this thread and try and find a post you made where you were feeling better? Read over it and try and remember how you felt at the time. It may not change how you feel at the moment, but it's something to prove to yourself that you do get breaks from feeling like this and therefore it won't last forever.0 -
Ooh agitation. That's a sign. Not to compare you to a Labrador, Katy, but my family used to breed dogs (in a nice registered breeding family pets kind of way rather than an evil puppy farm way) and the biggest sign of impending labour was restlessness and agitation. Tuesday people may be getting cake!
Massive Hugs MU. We love you when you're up and down and in between and we are here when you need to talk. I'll give you some lights and a pink umbrella for when Pyxis comes bearing golden showers (of light). Try to get some food and some sleep. I guarantee everything will look better after those things (not that food and sleep will cure your bipolar, although that would be marvellous, just having those things makes coping a wee bit easier.)
Feeling a bit down myself. Me and DH were having some ahem adult fun and afterwards he said we never have sex anymore and I said 'well, hello, I'm right here', as in I'm not freakin psychic and anyway everytime I try he rejects me, and he said 'Your face is always sore.' So my pain is ruining our sex life too and punishing DH and now I feel rubbish. Phew. I apologise for the abject lack of punctuation and sentence structure in the above but it came out like written diawoowoo and I can't be bothered fixing it.Eu não sou uma tartaruga.
