I may be in for a late night. Gas turned off at 8 am as mains being replaced, was told they'd be back after 5 to reconnect as I was at work during the day.
Then told it would be 8 ish, so just a sandwich for tea as the cooker is gas. Still waiting......

Why were the ha visiting today mellymoo, have they told the neighbours all your complaints?

Anyone else find getting ready for a big event to be a right palava? Just dyed my hair, so that's one thing off the list! :rotfl: Oh how I loved it when we went to friends from the rock clubs weddings....getting dressed up for them only involved either skinny jeans or hot pants!

That's my socialising done for the day and everyone survived!

Found out today there is a history of mental illness in my family. A bit annoyed I have only just found out, as each time I see a new professional they always ask if there is family history and I have always said no. I don't know if it would have changed anything, would have been good to know though.

Shouldn't be surprised though as midwife asked at my first appointment if there was a family history of pregnancy related problems and I said no. Found out a month or so ago that actually there is a history of some serious problems.

I'm all for privacy, but sometimes sharing things can help other people, especially if you know something about what they are struggling with.
