So today so far
just a call for the swivel bather, will be delivering it on Friday (Morning or Afternoon I said, cant tell you they said, wont be delivering it then I said)

Plus point, yesterday the HSE Director for a role I went for an informal chat for contacted me to see what I thought

Dear Moo

Thank you for your email, I’ve read through your comments and I think there are two specific points: a complaint about the way you feel Dxx has acted and generally that you feel the relationship between you and HA has irretrievably broken down. I want to get this clear in my mind so I can be sure I am asking the right people within HA to deal with this.

I will ask that your complaint about Dxxx is raised as a stage 1 complaint within our process. This will be passed to Sxxx the Housing and Customer Services Director. As your wider concerns have concentrated around the areas of operation Sxx leads, it would seem sensible that this is considered within the scope of the complaint by him.

You have asked me today why Dxxx is still dealing with your account whilst this complaint is in progress. I can see from your comments that you are very annoyed with HA and Dxxx, and you have highlighted some past comments you have seen in emails following your request for the data disclosure. However I have not seen anything that would lead me to believe that Dxxx should have his duties restricted in any way at this stage.

My Response

Hi CEO,
I can scan in various unprofessional comments if you would like, there is also the fact that he is still quoting a figure, including the £150, that he acknowledges should be added to my total.
The fact that I can evidence this had the reference on it but rather than apologising it was felt stating it was my error was more appropriate.
Both myself and Shelter are still waiting for the last 12 months statement not from April as has been resent.
I am uncomfortable dealing with someone who I feel has behaved unprofessionally towards me.
Your right I am both very angry and very disappointed in the way the whole thing has been handled since April.
A refusal to accept my concerns will just be another disappointment. In any other industry an individual would be removed from dealing with a customer who had made a complaint whilst it was investigated this just continues to make my concerns feel irrelevant.
Kind Regards
Moo

Yay Code! Does this mean you're at your target?! :T

Melly - your e-mail seemed fair but you are misspelling 'you're'. I always think it's best to triple check things like spelling and grammar when trying to be taken seriously. :)

Enjoy cutting the logs Katy but don't over-exert yourself! :)

I need your clever brains, people! I need a clever baking related punny team name for the Office Bake Off, any ideas?! :)
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
