Good day was had here - ah the power of sleep! The difference in me is huge when I get some sleep - all the things that drive me nuts and get me wound up or make me cry, slide off my back on a day like today. I am not snapping at anyone, my tolerance is normal and even hubbies continual tapping and whistling seems amusing rather than annoying. Oh if only I could sleep reasonably all the time....if a genie popped out of a lamp for me, the only thing I would wish for is good sleep. ~squishes to all who need~0

Oooh do you know what the process would be then Melly? I don't really know what I am asking for help with tomorrow. Just planning on telling them what happened and see what they say0

WaS, knowing you are paranoid, I will kindly volunteer to taste the chocolate cake to make sure it's OK.

Joan, we love to hear from you.
Some people are sooo clever and put little messages for everyone who needs one. My short term memory isn't up to that, but I do think of you all!Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

Oooh its going to be a long night.
Wide awake but can't do anything as hubby is sleeping on the sofa tonight, so I am stuck in the bedroom to avoid waking him.0 -
Thank you for the kind thoughts and advice from some of you. It is appreciated.
I don't really want to go into detail as to what has happened on a forum but suffice to say every minute of the day is struggle atm.
I have seen the doctor and am getting help, sadly though, I think it will take me a very very long time to get better and anywhere near being back on an even keel.
Thanks again all:o
Of course you don't need to go into details. Sorry if I bludgeoned you with questions.
As Calley says, small steps. One day at a time. One half of the day at a time. One hour at a time.

Not scabies as per Dr. Google.
Some sort of allergic reaction, which, by time I saw the doctor in the walk-in service, was across both wrists, and on it's way up my forearms.
The burning itch was unbelievable.
The only thing different from home was the hand cream I recently bought, but I've used all the ingredients before and the 'gentle' hand wash we use here at work.
Which always leaves my hands very dry hence the expensive hand cream.
I have prescribed hydrocortisone, the expensive Cetaphil hand wash cream and some expensive Cetraben cream.
So far so good.
{Hugs}, handshakes and ~~squishes~~ to people who need them.
Hello Newbies!:huh: Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0
