Katy - Suggestion for the two pork chops... I think I developed this recipe out of other recipes because we always had garlic and tomatoes about and rosemary in garden....
slice potatoes and tomatoes (about half cm thick) and layer into bottom of cooking dish (ptot, tomato, ptot), sprinkle with chopped garlic and rosemary ( lots of) - cook for 1 hour, add pork chops (or loin steaks) add more garlic an rosemary on top and cook for further 20mins ish depending on thickness of chops - utterly delectable. I always do it in a huge dish so I can have oddles of the tomatoes and potatoes mix.0 -

Whitewing, I think men just have a knack of not seeing things that need to be done. Not always a bad thing, as it is easy to get overwhelmed at times. I sometimes wish I was more man!
Elsien, how did Gitdogs walk go? Hubby has just taken Little Sod out for me as he has been charging round with his pair of squeaky teeth (LS not hubby) and is a bit too hyped up for my level of patience tonight.
Citizens advice appointment tomorrow regarding the work situation. Not sure they will be able to do much without it going to tribunal, which we cannot afford0 -
