    I might have a go at watching the rest of it this evening.

    Ok, so I have experience in counselling, CBT, working with offenders both in the community and in prison, and various other bits and bobs of experience/qualifications. I will not be returning to catering work after escapee has arrived so have been looking up courses I can be doing in the meantime to help me find work.

    Suggestions on courses, career, possible change of career please...

    Happy, Happy Birthday, Calley!!!

    Good afternoon all! I am in a much better state mentally, but eeeeeeeeeek, my hip! I was doing my physio exercises with my carer this morning and we both heard something crack. I now have a pain from my hip down the side of my thigh and I have a limp! I am not quite sure what happened there, hopefully it's temporary. We didn't do anything different to the usual routine so it is a bit of a puzzle. Otherwise I am doing much better!

    Thank you katy, it is a relief!

    In amusing news Approved Food sell lucky boxes. This means that when you buy food from their site you can buy a box of random items that could be anything, it only costs £1 so it is usually worth it. Mine has just arrived and among other things (like perfume!) I have 5 unlabelled cans! They could be anything! I am stupidly excited over some unmarked cans...
