Hello new people, no one is invading and you are welcome here! I have read all the posts but my brain is still mush from psychosis and anti-psychotics so I am too afraid to reply in case it comes out as gibberish or worse! I do feel for everyone going through a hard time though and send lots of hugs and warm handshakes to all. Sorry everyone, as I said I am reading everything but my mind isn't working properly and if my replies ever upset anyone I'd have to jump out of the window (and as evidence I said that sentence twice with poor grammar and now my OCD is acting up, too! Argh!).

I am better than yesterday (which isn't hard really) but still a bit unwell. It will take a couple of days of increased medication to stabilise the wayward chemicals. Last nights supposed sleep was terrible with panic attacks and very weird thoughts.

Slight penguin, not bad but don't want to trigger anyone concerned about dying-

I spent a lot of the night curled up in a ball terrified of my death. Not actually dying, but when I would die. I was convincing myself of all kinds of life-threatening pains and was afraid that I could die any second. It was completely paralysing fear along with hyperventilating and nausea. I know it is because of the biochemical imbalance but that didn't make it any easier at the time. Of course, the bad voices chimed in and decided to point out to me that I actually was about to die right there and then and go to Hell for hurting so many people in my life so I then spent the next few hours reliving any time I think I might have upset anyone and hating myself. It was a terrible night.

  • Aw, thank you Calley. No one needs to feel that they have to say anything, just being able to share helps a lot. I will be fine in a couple of days. The high dose of anti-psychotics makes me as disoriented as the psychosis does, it's why I can't take this dose all of the time. It will sort itself out and then I will be better for a while again. I see my psychiatrist next week so at least we will have something to talk about!

Hugs to all who had crappy days .........I have felt like I have iron sludge running through my veins all day and now, about 6pm, I am finally starting to feel awake.

Am I the only one in the world that is excited about new horizons finally getting to Pluto today after 9 1/2 years in space? Couldn't find it on any news channels or papers etc.... had to stick to my geek channels to keep up with it and I can't understand how the world can stay so focused on all the bad things going on in this planet and not take a little time to be excited about the possibility of news from the other side of the solar system (or not as the case may be, which will also be just a tad amusing) -ho hum - **settles down in front of the forts internet screen eagerly awaiting the first real pictures of Pluto - ever!**

    You are so kind.

I got a bit stuck with what screws I am suppose to use.

    Here are the instructions

    IMG_0024_zpsgksfk1tj.jpg

I think that I should be using screw A as per the balloon box for the four runners in the middle. Rather then screw C.

    Does that make sense

They have been talking about it on Breakfast today and yesterday. There is also a thread in The Arms about it!

Have you got the NATO App? I wanted to download it but it isn't supported by iOS, only desktops, so I can't, as I only have an iPad. Shame. :(

They gave stacks of free publicity to the Harper Lee novel, though. They could have said more about Pluto!
