Calley, I planted out my lettuce and runner beans today too. Just hoping the slugs save me some! My radishes are nearly ready, although picked a whopper yesterday, never seen one like it! That might end up being my only gardening triumph this year, one massive radish!

Trying to get up the motivation to get my notebook out tonight. I feel I need to keep a note of positive thoughts and ideas I have to then re-read when I feel down. I just hate writing as it always seems to be silly once I read it back.

Had a wobble earlier when I caught sight of my big fat pregnant belly in the mirror. I don't look like me any more and my brain is struggling to accept it!

Hope everyone else is well this evening

    Yay. Shiny new thread.

And in other news, I seem to have broken through my block and am writing again. I am writing a big pile of mills & boon type pap, based on a dream I had, but at least it's something.

    Things I have learnt

Showering is not a good idea
My left leg is weaker than I think
When your left arm is a bit broken shaving is impossible. Ditto washing your hair
You shouldn't try and wash your hair when your scalp hurts.

I am well behind at the moment. But I am trying to tidy up my the garden. Well over due. The problem is I make vampire look like it has a tan.

So I can't get out there in the during the day when the sun is out as I burn.

So evenings it is. And digging up roots is a mare

    Yours

    Shiny new thread!!! :D

My festival tickets have arrived! 2 weeks today and i will be there

Lol i ordered a hand trolley to help me get stuff there but when i got it, it had nothing to secure the wheels on with. Emailed the seller on ebay and he said he'd send the missing bits. Heard nothing for a week so emailed again and he said he'd send a replacement. Well..he sent 2! Neother of which had anything to fix the wheels on with! So i was looking at having 3 unusable trolleys! BUT someone has told me that theres simple way to fix them on. :o So i now have 3 potentially working trolleys for the price of one :p

I'm feeling rather excited. Last year when i was with my ex, he really didn't want to get involved and do anything. He just wanted to stay at the tent. But this year..oh this year i will be doing so much! As well as watching bands i plan to go on the funfair, play some laser tag, watch some comedians, go to the outdoor cinema and basically everything i can. :D Plus my money only has to cover me this year so i can treat myself and buy what i want :D

    Hello all,

Sorry to intrude at this ungodly hour... But wondered if I might join you for a while?

I've suffered with severe depression, disassociative disorder and BPD for a while now. Whilst I for the most part have them in check, I have a few blips occasionally. It's mostly my physical health that suck at the moment. I'm under a Neuro who is still searching for answers but we are leaning to MS.

It's the fatigue that's the worst, it makes the pain harder to tolerate and the sheer exhaustion makes the mental illness a bit harder to control. My body has become reliant on Tramadol, hence why I am still awake. as I tried to skip a day completely and the withdrawals jitters and uncomfortableness have started.

Now waiting for it to kick in so I can rest.

Other than that, I am a single mum of two girls. Both with current mental or physical issues. They are lovely but an exhausting handful :)

Not really sure what else to put other than I have an awesome cat called Hyder but he is a terrible cat for doing cat things...

He will not play, hates boxes or anything remotely like a box, doesn't do cuddles either. Hates being stroked anywhere but his chin and returns affection my gently biting me. None of this brushing up to you affection etc...

I think thats it for now as I can feel the tramadol kicking in so I am going to try and rest :)
