Glad you had a good Zumba session Pyxis! Ginger stem ice cream sounds yummy! I've got some milk lollies in for later! Haven't had them in ages, but they're low in calories and full of calcium, so I'm being good!

WaS, definitely see about getting it changed to every 3 months instead if possible. I used to get my medication 3 months worth at a time, but for some reason about a year ago they changed it to monthly, it's a pita having to remember to phone it in more regularly.

Melly, I saw that post on your thread. I've got a feeling I might know who it is, although I could be wrong. Please try not to take it to heart. Your OH is going through a hard time and finding things a struggle and so of course people do tend to take things out on those nearest and dearest to them, but we all know that in no way is he abusing you. You are doing the best you can to keep everything together at a tough time, and that thread (along with this one) is a place to vent and scream and shout and talk about things. Please carry on doing so, don't let it out you off Melly. It appears to be quite abrubt, but I'm sure no harm was meant by it, or at least I'd like to think there wasn't?

    Thanks Georgie.
    I love minimilks.

OH was obviously going to have a meltdown yesterday following the lovely using of his mum's bank card. As I said everyone myself included take their own experience into a thread, this can mean a lot of antimen rants at times.

I am back. Did my walk in two 30 min chunks hope that is ok.

Talking of ice cream we have a local farm cafe and ice cream parlour. And they have up to 16 different flavours of ice cream made from their own cows milk.

My husband went with a friend the other day and had bubble gum flavour.

I must go back and visit before the schools break up for the summer. As other wise its swamped.

    Yours

I'm a bit upset this evening. Found out that the two people evicted after 20 years when my lovely ex employer closed the home have both been seriously ill. Can't help but think the move and poor choice of alternative new homes had something to do with it.
Of course it may be completely unrelated, but it's brought back some feelings I thought I'd got past.

In bed now. Hot and bored LOL!!!!

I did do some washing up thats been there for a couple of days. Its ok the windows and doors have been shut down stairs so no maggots :rotfl:

I want to get out and do something in the garden. But am waiting for my bruises to go down. And trying not to do anything that might create new ones LOL!!!

Been thinking tonight that maybe I should get a pet. But not sure what to get. I had rabbits but I keep them outside, as they chew everything. Not keen on cats. Never had dogs. But I am very taken with the breed cockopoos but they are very expensive to buy. But they are suppose to be very loving and lapdogs. And as they are small and I have enclosed back garden I could get a cat flap in the back door so they can go in and out as they please?

A dog would make me go everyday twice a day. But I have a bit of phobia about dog and cat mess. But then its a lot of responsibility.

My ex has a dog and leaves it for up to 11 and half hrs a day on its own at home in the house  I think that is cruel and was another excuse why he could not see as had to take the dog for a long walk. Oh yeah thats something we could have done together!!!!!

I have been thinking about it for a while. And my husband did say he would look after it for a day or two a week. If I went back to work full time. Might eat his cockatoo
