I popped on here for a little read and no one here. Worried turtles have swept out to sea? Or have you all ran off to a July thread I don't know about?

    Well a sfd making 17/20.

Doing absolutely nothing today and it's lovely. Had a lie in till 9am heaven. Not putting any eye make up today as itch so much I just end up rubbing them resulting in panda look.

Going to venture out with doggy again and then curl up with popcorn and a movie. Bit windy and Sun hiding.

Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi All
I have paid off £35 of my hoped for £150 stretch target by end of July. That is from my shift last weekend. I have another £5.05 due to clear from Checkoutsmart by mid week so that will go next too. It means that CC1 is heading very close to a milestone now £4,000 with the remainder on CC2. I would love to clear CC2 because it's smaller but because the min payment is higher on CC1 I have to go with bigger payments to that.
    So that's good :)

Have had a nice relaxing day with my family. Done plenty of DFW things today and looking forward to a peaceful relaxing evening.

    Love to all

    Bob

May have to break my SFD for today :(

Run out of milk and bread and still have 3 days left!!!

    Q) Do people run from 01st to month's end... or pay day to pay?

(not that I'm trying to validate me going shopping or anything haha!!!)

Thinking I might get a statutory credit report (£2 each I think) to check all my info is correct...

Yep it's £2, and thanks for the reminder as Experian sent my access code in the post and it ran out at the end of today! Just had a look and all is well, so will check again next year. After doing a lot of stoozing and card tarting on 0% cards, my report is huge for the last 6 years! Are you on the electoral roll too? The credit report will show if you have any tidying up to do - such as dormant accounts with zero balances but large credit limits that need closing. I've got three current accounts that are dormant but need closing.

Also, you might still have an association on there with your ex, so if he had poor credit it will be affecting you - you can get it updated though.

Finally got myself another NSD. Really must look ahead to July in detail and make better plans and preparations. Spending has snuck in here and there and although not a huge amount, it does all add up. Will need to be stricter with myself in July...

Today I am grateful for dd's lovely dance teacher, for my sewing, for watching dd practise her handstands, for the satisfaction of weeding, for dh spontaneously re-setting the washing machine and then doing a wash and hanging it out!!!

    Hi guys

Sneaking in to say real life has overwhelmed me and it looks set to be the worst of months ahead. I can't get my head straight enough to sort out my own money, let alone posting on here with any regularlity.

I know I said I would take on July's challenge. I am wondering if someone would spot me and I will be back when my world is back on its axis to run another one?

I'm sorry I've been rubbish the last 2 months with checking in. I really hope to get myself back on track soon.

    Lots of love xx

    Hello

I have been avidly reading and I would like to re-join for July. I did a few months when Kat was still running the thread. Hope she is OK?

Anyway, I will keep an eye open for the July thread and see how I go.

    Hi All

Lilt - sorry to hear that. I really hope you can get through this rough patch and get the help you need to do so. I was due to be doing August so could do July instead no trouble.

Apple - you have just run a month so you should have a rest :)
