Morning
Had a hideous night after the school BBQ seriously bad tum. I don't Know if it's me or something I ate there. It was all very upmarket stuff far more so than anything I'd normally eat so can't blame cheap meat etc.
Anyway of course because I feel like bleep I've had a days trade already. I swear to god it's like people have radar. They never come when you are top of your game fresh and ready for it.
However I now have enough cash to pay my coffee supplier today, & buy us some food shopping for the weekend. So I better not moan (too much)
Never mind aiming for an NSD I will aim just not to collapse before the end of the day.

Might spend on way home, need some baby wipes and the good old epson salts for bath night tonight. Lost a Sfd anyway as ordered a dress wanted for a while reduced down to 14.00 think it was about 40.00 be ideal for work. Need to smarten up a bit more.
Tonight night in and a glass of wine.
Tomorrow Manchester gig and meal out. Friend owes me money so just fuel costs hopefully. Looking forward to a seated gig for a change - second row. Oh I am getting old ;-(LBM 13039 1.1.13 Now £0 Finally Debt FreeMortgage free Oct 2019:)EFund/savings £25000 10/11/220 -
Accidental spends for the past 2 days... my lunch was horrible today so had to buy something else. Also had to buy cat food yesterday as I forgot the day before!

Well survived the day, horray! Which was extreemly busy throughout. Was very grateful to the kind friend who ran out for milk & napkins for me halfway through.
I had 2 bits of good news. 1) one of the party deposits cleared on my account today, & have been having some good chats with the Mum re her ideas for a fun theme
2) I will finally have the last insurance money in my account on Monday (can see it using my magic business account spying tool)
Have 2 days off now to look forward to, except for the evening of saturday when I have 3 hours work, but I am glad of it so wont be moaning.
Need to blitz the house this weekend, its got very dusty, & the bathroom is grim. Son has dance tommorow but no piano as his teachers away so that is a £20 saving (shouldnt really see it that way, but it is) then on sunday has a play date for several hours, so I am going to use that time to get on." Glad you're on the mend Bob
SFD here and LTW tooBroadband is working today so I've been marking all evening and will be marking for most of the weekend. Need to focus on the thought of the money coming in and the fact that it stops me spending at the same time.

Well it's Saturday. Walked dog, finally seen roofer guy lives few doors away so hopefully fixing my roof today- cost unknown!!! Last time he was reasonable.
Now really would just like to stay in my nest all day. Will check oil etc in car and drive Manchester bit later. Meeting friend there later, I don't really want go shopping think she does, meal and gig yes.
So sfd lost again, someone shout and scream at me next week not to spend. Freezer getting emptier still few good meals in there.

Struggling to even be a tortoise this month, let alone a turtle. Very very tired again, slept and dozed (weather wasn't encouraging). I have bust my budget buying more bedding plants to cheer up the other house (planted lots of shrubs over the past eighteen months but needs a bit more colour), also multi-vitamin and mineral tablets (need to fix my diet/ sleeping pattern etc but hoping this helps) and something to go in the bath (only £1). Will spend the rest of the week getting in shape for next month. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0

Hello Jousters,
Can I join mid-month? Is that allowed?
I have to stop money slipping out of my fingers like sand. I'm a proper idiot when it comes to money. i need a simple approach, and SFDs might work for me.
If no-one minds a (very) late-comer, I'll aim for 6/10 to get me to the end of the month.GC Jan £0/£360

Marked nearly all day today but did pop out to do the food shop and get s Father's Day present.
I've been feeling quite sorry for myself today as the realisation of living alone hits home - my only human contact today was a two minute phone call to a relative and when I talked to the cashiers in the shops. Any tips from fellow turtles? I'm hoping it'll pass as I think I'm still in the grieving a lost relationship stage at the moment.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)
