hi all, I'm not getting very far today, keep on being hit by waves of anxiety I think it's something to do with my hormonal levels (just started my monthlies today)
However I have cleared and cleaned 2 of the kitchen benches, put a hungarian goulash in the sc, put some bread in the bread maker on the dough setting so i'll cook that when it's done and made a huge batch of pasta sauce (using up all the sorry looking veg in the fridge)
It's sort of tidying by emptying the fridge of stuff, isn't it.
strange though I have no real desire to eat anything so all this food is for the kiddies.
well gotta go pick up DS1 and when I get back I will get on with this blinking sitting room.

Back from the ballet via the supermarket. Picked up the baking stuff I needed and just timed it right for the reductions. Got two half legs of lamb reduced from £13 and £14 to £1.63 and £1.83 :money:they are now in the freezer along with two salmon fillets 80p and a few other goodies.
Started baking the minute I got in I'm now at 36 carrot cakes, 38 red velvet cakes and 24 chocolate cakes in the oven. Still to use the rest of the chocolate mix then I will do some vanilla sponges then I'm quitting. I will frost and decorate them tomorrow. Must remember to keep a couple of the red velvet cupcakes for the wee Saturday lassie at my work she's been asking me since Halloween to make her some:o

Off to swallow a couple of parrots my heed is splitting thanks to auntie flo and make myself a cuppa.

Did 3 loads of washing, all dried including the 'winter' half of duvet.
Bedroom now fab. All mouse-chewed cork vacuumed and no signs of it anywhere else.
    Kondo-folded bras and decluttered one.
Finally finished sorting earrings etc and ruthlessly threw out all old single ones that I am never going to find a match for.
Got paperwork ready for tomorrow's assessment.
Walked into village to post a letter.

Didn't get into the garden, fancied a day off by persuading myself I was flying indoors.
Had long phone call from brother this morning then my friend just now.

That's the cakes cooling and I've washed up the mess. Never got round to making myself some tea so I'm doing that now and I'll have a wee eccles cake to go with it.:D

Mrs MP I didn't see any of the kids when I started the baking but when the first lot came out of the oven they were all through to see what was for eating! :rotfl: I do love the smell of home baking.

    Night all sleep well x
